Roxy Restaurant & Bar

Review for bar only:  came here on vacation, solid scotch selection according to my friend who knows the stuff, I certainly enjoyed it.  Heavy pours for the price, others say the drinks are overpriced but that wasn't our experience.  Huge martini list, and they are done right.  If you want great drinks in Eldorado/Silver Legacy / Circus go here instead of the crappy generic bars for sure.  Waitress was super competent but a bit of a downer, however, at least at first, probably deals with way too many d-bags ;)

I Had Fois Gras &  Filet Mignon and it was perfect! best service and great food We couldn't have been more pleased!!

A great place for drinks! The food is top price for average quality though. I'd definitely return for happy hour and indulge in a cocktail or two but move along to somewhere else for dinner.

On a side note: really liked the 'bread' girl. Instead of putting a basket of generic bread on your table, a girl with a basket of fresh bread walked around the restaurant and handed it out. Definitely a signature touch. (The bacon bread itself was so-so unless with was hot from the oven)
