A group of us ended up drinking here on a Friday night.  Normally, on Friday nights I like to unwind at home, on my couch, with a cup of tea and my Golden Girls.  However, that particular Friday night, it was decided that we go out to dinner with another couple at a sushi restaurant down the street.  After we ate and drank our dinner, we decided to meet another couple nearby and chose S6.

I gotta say, I was relieved that this place was not totally loud, crowded, obnoxious, expensive, and dirty.  These things always seem to plague local watering holes.  We probably were older than the clientele, but it didn't bother me.  Nothing bothered me.  The bartenders were all very cute young thangs and made me a great drink.  Yeah, it was a Malibu and pineapple...what of it?

I was already pretty buzzed from drinking three strong cocktails at dinner so only had one drink at S6.  The music was quiet enough that we all could have an adult conversation and I was happily enjoying some FREE popcorn.  You gotta love that in a bar!

The bathroom was huge and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.  This is a huge thumbs up for me.

It is inexpensive to drink here and they even make (what looked like) pretty good bar pizza.

If I am ever back in the City of Presidents and want to have a few drinks, I'd head back to S6.

I actually had never heard of this place until a friend and I went bar hopping in Quincy Center. We came in after a creepy experience at a neighboring bar. It was very clean here and the music wasn't too loud. We went kind of late (10:30ish), but if was still moderately full. We found the bartenders to be very personable and worked quickly (that is until we wanted to pay and leave).

I would recommend only going in a group, especially if you're going later at night (we went in around 10:30 on a Saturday night) because there are definitely creeps there too.

The only food they serve is pizza, and it was SO GOOD. It was $6 for a cheese pizza, we got it in 10 minutes, and it was cooked perfectly. I saw them serving pizza all night, which was great because a few places in the area stop serving food early. I've had a lot of pub pizza in my life this was hands down one of my favorites ever.

I loved that they had a jukebox because there was definitely a variety of music playing. The only complaint I have is that music doesn't play unless you put in money and select a song. Once the selections finish the music just turns off and it gets really awkward.

I will definitely come here again, and maybe a little earlier when there are more people.

Came here last Weds. It was an act of desperation. We needed a place to eat. We thought this was the only place to grab a quick bite. IHop was closed, and we didn't think ANYTHING was open in Quincy.
One female bartender serving the whole bar! WHAT? We asked if they were still serving food. She told me she had three pizzas left. I looked at the patrons pizza, it looked decent. Since it was only her working, she put the pizza in for a while. I kept trying to get her attention. When she finally realized I was giving her the stare down, she went to check on the pizza. It did not look pretty. Super burnt, and she was still trying to offer it to us! Luckily she felt bad so she comp'ed our drinks.

Cleaner than I would expect for a dive.  Good bathroom situation.  Free popcorn in the back.  Was already drunk when I was here, and only stayed for a drink, so I would try it again

Always pass by this place but gave it a chance the other night. I knew the backstory of the bar and was curious to see what it was like inside. The interior is really well done, with a blue and silver theme and it felt really clean. But I think the blonde bartenders think they're working at some chichi Manhattan bar, a bit full of themselves and standoff-ish. Mind you, my friend and I were just getting a couple of beers but the woman who served us made it seem like this was the most taxing thing ever for her. We didn't bother staying for another round, plenty other bars in the area...and friendlier ones at that.

So, all in all a meh.

Love the bartenders. Love the people. Very nice place to hang out with your friends.

S6 is named that to pay homage to a  Quincy Police Officer, Jamie Cochrane who passed away in a motorcycle crash.

Ew, seriously? Sketchy dive bar with burnt pizza and TONNNNSS of underage kids getting served. At least that's what it looked like the one time that I went here.

Beer wasn't cold either and the Bud Light on tap tasted like piss (this may or may not be S6's fault, it was Bud Light after all). Bartenders are cocky and not fast with my order. It's small and can be really really crowd.

I love going here on Thursays for a cocktail and good pizza..The location is very convenient  and the staff members are very friendly. Great place to go and watch the games on their numerous big HD screens.

The bar is located on the right of Fuji. It is a little known place that i love.

PS THIRSTY THURDAYS ARE THE BEST HERE....BARTENDERS ARE LEGIT!
