I visited a few time this places. Food is good. Even decoration is getting old and
owner does not smile much.
what I like the most is they open last so I can visit late night with people.
Pho and Egg roll is good always.
Chai Tea or Boba tea was great.
Price is reasonable.

The Ph place in Springfield!  Although most of their menu consists of other 'oriental' eats, and Vietnamese foods, their claim and best offerings are their Ph - Vietnamese noodle soups. They offer many, many varieties in two sizes each reasonably priced. The place is clean, the staff is helpful (although don't expect much conversation), incredible view of Marriott, Dunkin Donuts and the Dodge dealer! Otherwise stick to the Ph it's great! Whether your interest is in Ph Tái, Nm, Gu, Gân, Sách or Ph Tái, Nm, Gân, Sách, prefer Cà phê sa á hoc en á to Jasmine Tea, I think you'll enjoy this comfortable little Ph Joint!

I agree with Maynor.  Went downhill big time.  I even told them that I would never return.  I asked for white meat chicken pho and I was served dark meat.  When it arrived, I even asked if it was white meat and the waiter said yes.  I picked through it and it was dark meat and not even dark meat that I want to eat.  I was so disappointed in the flavor and it was quite dirty in the bathrooms.  I had to get my fix of pho so I went to pho bowl the next day.  Pho Bowl is the best in the area!
