The burger left me less than thrilled.  The decor made me think it was a sports bar, but the lack of televisions left me wondering whether that was the case or not.

I went to Sammy's Gourmet Burgers for the second time in two years.  Admittedly, the last time I was here was during the long hot summer and the air conditioning wasn't working.  But I digress. . . .

Went today with a coworker.  I decided on the Chipotle Burger.  I opted for a side salad instead of the fries.  I was happy with the burger.  Cooked to medium, as I like it.  Nice flavor.  The Chipotle mayonnaise was not spicy.  Truth be told, I would have preferred a bit of heat from the Chipotle, but I was not disappointed.  The burger was still good.

The salad was a simple salad, but some of the lettuce was not as green as it could have been.  It's burger joint and bar - not a true gourmet establishment.

The place is not big, but is not too small and there's a long bar with enough seats.

Go for the burgers - you'll enjoy the burgers!

It's a passable burger with interesting toppings.  I wish that they made the burgers fresh, it's a sysco style burger that's griddled.  To call yourself 'gourmet burgers' and then serve that is a bit of a misnomer.

so it;s a weak start, but the toppings are generally good and have a mexican vibe.  the bun is fine, and the fries are pretty good.

overall, it's just ok.  It's not bad, but it's not anything special!

Another burger joint means another tryst with a Cincinnati Magazine Top 40 member.

Sammy's Gourmet Burgers and Beers was a must try for me. Not only had I heard things about this place from friends who'd been, it is also on my original Master List (the "Top 40"). Finally giving this place a whirl was all but assumed.

I'll be rating Sammy's in two ways--much like I did for Senate--because it is both a place I've never been, as well as a burger place waiting for my review. See below:

Location: Tucked away on Creek Road, Sammy's isn't necessarily conveniently located for all [Cincinnati] walks of life. That's not to say, however, that it isn't within close enough proximity to Glendale-Milford / Pfeiffer Roads and Reed Hartman Highway, and that I-275, I-71, and I-75 aren't within a reasonable driving distance, but it certainly isn't close to the aforementioned. Seeing as I live not 20 minutes from this place and I'd never been, that alone is pretty telling of its "convenience". This is a place--in my opinion--where you set out to conquer this meal, and not necessarily happen upon it. Or, if you happen to get a job near there, you suggest your boss take you for your "introductory" meal. Alas, here we are.

Atmosphere: The restaurant is decorated more like a middle class sports bar than anything, with jerseys, posters, and televisions strategically strewn about the walls for its patrons to view. The décor is pretty unsubstantial, but it doesn't detract from the all-around experience--a lot like being at your dude's place. Sure, you [girl] could probably decorate it a bit better, but you have to admit that bachelor's touch has a bit of charm.

Food: [Disclaimer: sorry there aren't any pictures. It's only my third day here, and my coworkers probably already think I'm weird enough without photographing my meal.] The service was efficient and the cost was kind of high for the fare (more than $12 for lunch, including a pop, but not the tip). For a Blue Ash eatery, I was not super impressed, but I wasn't unimpressed either. It was decent enough nonetheless. I'll delve more into my meaty delicacy in detail below:

    Burger - 3/5
Strangely enough, one half of my burger seemed to be cooked medium well, while the other was cooked to order (medium). The flavor was decent, but it didn't blow my mind.

    Toppings - 3.25/5
"Sammy's Sauce" (presumably mayo, ketchup, and relish) is reminiscent of a mix of tartar sauce and Thousand Island dressing. Tar-tar-sand Island sauce, if you will. Or Mac sauce, more simply. It was good, and complimented the onion rings and burger pretty well. Also didn't blow my mind.

    Bun - 3.75/5
Had good flavor, but wasn't amazing. Also didn't get soggy, which is a plus.

    Side(s) - 2.75/5
After seeing the French fries (larger steak-type fries), I opted for onion rings, because steak fries are my least favorite of the variety. They were okay. Not bad; not awesome.

    Linger Factor - 2.5/5
I have a feeling I won't be thinking of this place too much in the future. If I do return, though, (which is probably likely), I will opt for either the Sammy's burger (with fried egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mozzarella, and Sammy's sauce) or the Chorizo burger (adorned with chorizo, guacamole, Mexican melting cheese, and white onion); probably the former.

    Total Burger Score - 15.25/25 or 3.05/5

Overall Grade: C [out of a possible A+]

It should be noted that, because this burger is held in the distinction of Cincinnati Magazine's Top 40 Burgers in the Cincinnati area, my expectations were a bit lofty. While the burger may not have lived up to the Top 40 hype, it was still a solid burger to have during my lunch hour. Err, 45 minutes.

General theme here is that it was a solid, maybe above average meal in an average lunch spot. It wasn't bad, but I definitely was not blown away.

A burger joint with a mexican spin set in a generic sportsbar. A little confusing and not very comfortable or interesting.

The burgers themselves were not bad but definitely not awesome enough to merit a return trip. About on the level of Five Guys in overall bang for your buck.

If I had to point out one drawback it would be that the meat patties were a little over cooked and they seem to use the "smash it flat on the grill with the spatula" technique which (while very safe) drives out all the natural juices and flavors in the meat that you tend to expect from a "gourmet" burger. The end result is a hit to the overall taste of the burger and it was a little bit disappointing to be honest.

Still searching for "the best burger in Cincy" if you have suggestions send me a message PLEASE.

Come back here again for the second time.  Great fries with options like herb and cheese, or with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.  Crispy and delicious.  Both time had burgers that were great.  My wife had the sliders and didn't like them as much as my daughter and I liked the burgers.  I recommend for casual sports bar atmosphere, but with good food.

The best things in life are free is a fallacy. Need an example? City Beat Magazine. If you're not familiar with this publication it's a free weekly guide to all local happenings in Cincinnati. In this journal I found an article for the best burgers in Cincinnati. Number 4 on their list was Sammy's Gourmet Burgers. I had never even heard of this place and thought I would take City Beat's advice and check it out. Spoiler Alert: City Beat is nucking futs.

From jump street, this establishment looks like a biker bar/strip club from the outside. And the decor inside isn't much better. The man/server/riffraff who greeted us literally tossed the menus on the table and walked away. I was already ready to leave. But I was here to judge the food, so I took a seat and settled in.

I want to take this time to give a personal message to Sammy or whomever the owner is. You can't call yourself gourmet and serve food in a plastic basket lined with plaid paper. I'm pretty sure if Denny's (home of the $1.99 breakfast) can serve their food on a real live porcelain plate, you can serve my $10 "gourmet" burger on a plate too. Also, you can't call yourself gourmet and serve frozen spinach dip and chicken strips that are half the size of Chicken McNuggets. I've had better spinach dip at a homeless shelter and that is a true story. And finally, you can't call yourself Gourmet Burgers and Beer and have a beer selection that rivals a Speedway. The only thing gourmet about your beer selection was Bud Light Lime. I know I'm being a little harsh but seriously half the beers were blacked off the menu. Very disappointing.

Here's a list of things that didn't suck. My Pepsi was bubbly and refreshing and served over ice. The burger was actually pretty decent too, even if it was overcooked. It certainly wasn't #4 in the city good. And not anywhere in the same league as Gordo's (who was #5 on their list (for real?). I'm not sure I would put Sammy's on the top 5 list of burgers in Blue Ash, let alone all of Cincinnati. Here's an additional list of things that did suck: cold french fries, 5 tiny onion rings that I was upcharged for as a side, and all the other underwhelming aforementioned things. 2 stars is just about right considering meh, I've experienced better.

To City Beat Magazine, I generally like your publication. You really do offer a great service to Cincinnati. But this suggestion was a swing and a miss. That is the last time I consult anything other than Yelp for my dining needs. Lesson learned.

I am new to Cincinnati, and I was staying around the corner to this place. It really isn't anything special to look at, but I got the urge for a good hamburger so I decided to give this place a try and I am glad I did. The food was excellent, especially the onion rings, and the service about what you would expect from a local burger shack.

Sammy's menu is varied with variations of fish and chicken sandwiches. They even a a vegetarian option.  I will definitely be back.

Great place with a great patio. I came here awhile back after climbing at Climb Time. Our server was friendly, serving our drinks and food fast. I think I had their (house) beer special that goes on during Red's games, but I'm not sure of the exact name, it was amber in color and good. The beer selection is unique and diverse. There should be something for everyone. I don't get out to this area often but wouldn't mind returning for some more of their food (the wings were pretty good). The inside is filled with sports memorabilia and other regional miscellanea. Cool place.

I was pleasantly surprised.  From the outside, it didn't look like much, but everything about our visit was great.  The food was hot and delivered quickly.  The burger was one of the best I have ever had and there are plenty of choices for any taste.  The price was very reasonable, depending on what you order.  I will definitely visit again.

I'm torn about my rating for this restaurant.  Good food with bad service that eventually makes it bad food. I've been here 3 times- the first time everything was great. The second time both of our burgers were ordered "medium" and came out burnt to a crisp. On a time crunch, we opted not to wait for a new meal so they gave us a gift card for the next visit. The third time (today) we ordered our burgers "medium" again and although they weren't burnt, they certainly were not pink in the middle. Turns out the gift card was only for $12 even though we previously spent $20 on burnt burgers. All in all, we will be spending our money elsewhere; specifically where we know we can order a burger and actually get it how we like it!

My taste buds have been thanking me ever since i took a wrong turn and somehow found this place. Ever since then I have been wanting to go but never got around to it, finally one day when Beth and I were trying to figure out where to go, this place came to mind.

Lets start with the food. Beth ordered the fried cod sandwich, and i got a standard burger with jalapenos. Beth's sandwich was spot on. Great fish, fantastic breading, and the tartar sauce was good. She had the side of fries, great flavor in those. My burger was out of this world deliciously messy. Great meat, fantastic toppings, bread could of been toasted a little bit more. I tried the mango cole slaw as my side, defiantly would not get that again, just didn't have a flavor that i enjoyed.

The lunch time crowd was there, lots of business people. We got a table pretty quick. This place is a sports bar to its core, Lots of TV's with all kinds of games going on. That means that it gets loud! Parking is in a lot, servers are awesomely fast, and beer selection looked good with decent prices. With it being lunch i didn't have a chance to partake in the goodies :)

Tasty burgers! Tasted a lot like Five Guys. I love that they mix mayo, ketchup, and relish into "Sammy Sauce."

Onion rings = favorite thing there.

Great beer selection. Huge steal for the price. Would definitely go back. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

i had the Chipotle burger and it was very tasty. Sammy's is now on my list of lunch go-to burger joints. Enjoy the experience by avoiding the rush, make sure to not get there at prime lunch time. There is not enough seating or parking space to accommodate the demand. I find it best to go at 11 or at 1

    Happy Eating!

While I can't say that Sammy's has the "best" burgers in town, I will go so far as to say they're pretty gosh darn tasty.

I love the fact that I can call in an order &, typically within 20 minutes, go pick it up with relative ease.

The burgers are pretty big, too....so, get your fat pants ready!
(Just kidding...unless you've already got yours on.)

Sammy's is a hangout for regulars, a spot you'd never know existed unless you happened to either by driving by (or had been going there your entire life.)

Now, let's start with the obvious - the burgers and beer. Both fantastic! Your menu is placed down in front of you and it's got delicious selections of burgers. Ones with egg, ones with peppers, ones with mushrooms and everything in between. (I'm not sure I'd use the word "gourmet" to describe them, but tasty and varied would be a good start.)

The burger itself was messy and delicious. It was large and flavorful and cooked very well. Loved it.

The beer selection is maybe even more impressive. It's a large long list of beers from all over the world, at really good prices (import bottles were $4. Nice.) I was very happy to eat my burger and my beer.

Now, Sammy's is a sports bar through and through, and you have to like that atmosphere. It's loud, it's crowded, there are multiple TVs with the game blaring, people are moving quickly. This is not the spot for a slow, relaxed meal. This is a spot to get rowdy.

(They have a lot of tables in the one room spot, and they're so close that the guy next to us kept smacking into our table every time he moved his chair. Little awkward, but what are you going to do.)

Also, I wish the fries were a little better to go along with this great burger. They were thick crinkle fries that came our luke-warm and not cooked that well. It might have just been an off-night but they were a semi-disappointment.

Ah well, the night was still fun and the burger - delicious.

Several of my friends have tried the burgers at Sammy's, one loves them and the  other two were disappointed.  Since I'm a fan of a lot of toppings, I thought it was a great, original burger.

I'm going to be honest, I didn't even look at the rest of the menu.  I chose the Guacamole burger, which had bacon, guac, a spicy chipolte mayo, mexican cheese, tomato, and lettuce on a wheat bun.  I was worried that all of those toppings were going to make the burger impossible to eat, but they wrap them up tight in paper and nothing fell out.  Each bit was delicious.  The actual patty wasn't the best I've ever had, but the rest of the burger was very tasty, with uber-fresh guacamole and perfectly cooked bacon (not too crispy, not too soggy).  My aunt's mushroom burger also looked awesome, although I'd skip the Sammy sauce (1000 Island).  The fries were thick cut with some seasoning and were great.  I hate thin fries that salt won't stick to.

The service was fine, we went after 1:00 on a weekday, and it wasn't too packed.  We were seated immediately and they didn't rush us out at all.  I'll be back!

Chorizo burger with garlic fries... Can't get that at home! So good, so delicious. I was heading to a chain food establishment and I decided to stop and give this place a whirl. Can describe it in one word; AWESOME! Service excellent at 7pm.  Price was reasonable as well.

I come to Sammy's about once a month with my family.
I have always had a good experience here. The service and the food are always on point.
I try to always order something different every time I come here. My favorite things to order are the Sammy burger, the Sammy sandwich, the catfish, the veggie and the gaucamole. I have always liked whatever I order. I also like the fact that Sammy's have there own beer that they make and it is really good too!
I have noticed that a lot of people come here to watch the games since they have a lot of T.V.s and specials that go on during game time. I think Sammy's may have breakfast too but I have never been here to say.

Just moved our business to the area and had heard good things about Sammy's. Unfortunately my experience did not meet up to my expectations. The service was slow and inaccurate even though we arrived after 1pm. The burgers appear to have been made from frozen patties (hardly "gourmet") although the remaining ingredients seemed fresh. I recommend the onion rings.

The burgers are alright. They can be a bit sloppy sometimes. I usually hit this place up for happy hour when the appetizers are half price and the beer is cheap. It's certainly not enough of a draw to drag me out to Blue Ash on a weekend.
I would have rated this place 4 stars a year ago, but it's just a 3 star now.

So, let me start off by saying that I came to this restaraunt primarily because of the recommendation from the Cincinnati Magazine.  And let me tell you, there are two things I learned. One, I will not be coming by sammy's again. Two, don't trust Cincinnati Magazine recommendations.

This was bad from start to finish. We arrived and put our names in (small party of 3 people) and were told we would be seated in "no more than 10 minutes". Half an hour later, we were told we were next on the list. Ten minutes after that we were seated.  Look, I don't mind waiting for good food. I routinely wait 90+ minutes at Thurman Cafe in Columbus. But, be honest with me.

Additionally, they seemed understaffed.  The waiters didn't seem like they were able to keep up with the crowd. It was the dinner rush; have a few more people working, it is not that hard.  Additionally, the one person acting as host doubled as the cashier and didn't seem to grasp how to multitask.  Frequently, there were very long lines at both the register and where you check in. The people that came in behind us had to wait 5 minutes before they were even able to get his attention to get on the list to start waiting.

Now, I will give credit where credit is due. For Cincinnati, they have a rather good selection of beers and the glass sizes seemed generous.

But, I had come here for one of the best burgers in the city. So, how was it? Awful. Truly, staggeringly, awful.  The burger meat was the kind of compressed meat you expect from a stack of frozen burgers from CostCo (Don't get me wrong, a quick and easy grilled burger from CostCo is just fine by me, but it is not what I expect when I'm paying 10 dollars and being told that this is the best burger in Cinci).  The texture of the meat was poor and the taste was, frankly, bland. I can only imagine that they know they are using such poor beef and that is why so many of their burgers are covered in toppings. If you have to go, get one of those. A normal burger (meat, cheese, bun) is just a disappointment.

Add to that the poor quality of the appetizers, the under cooked fries, and the amount of time it took to bring out our food, I just can't recommend going here to anyone.

Though Sammy's may be as cold as a Canadian ice hotel, their burgers will knock your socks off.  The service is... slow, to be kind, and I had to wear my coat the whole time, but they seem to really take pride in the food they serve.  The menu has a multitude of choices, and has a good layout for families or somewhat large groups.  If you decide to try Sammy's, you need to try the garlic fries.  Your life will never be the same.

I totally CAN'T remember when I went there. Unlike many reviews, there was enough space in parking lot and not crowded inside. So my first impression was very good. Oh now I remember, it was a sunny afternoon on Saturday and I assumed everyone was enjoying the weather outside or something.

Anyway that being said, my service wasn't slow and I enjoyed relax atmoshpere of the restaurant, and thought it could be nice to watch a game at the bar area. The food was exceeded my expectation. The menu has good variety of burgers can be chosen. My girlfiend and I shared Sammy's and Bleu Cheese, we both liked it. She liked the Sammy's better and I liked the Bleu Cheese. Maybe it is because I am a fan of bleu cheese. The fries are decent, nothing special about it to me.

I will come back to this palce whenever I want a good burger. Especially buger places like Terry's Turf Club is pretty far from what I live. It is nice to have Sammy's in Northeast of Cincinnati.

I've been going here since it first opened.  I'll agree with a few of the things I see in other reviews, like the slow service, limited parking and cramped seating.

Having said that, the food makes up for it.  The Hawaiian burger is one of the best I've ever had.  And the fries are tasty and a nice change from the usual.

But still, it can be frustrating during peak times, so if at all possible try to go before or after the rush so you can relax and enjoy the meal.

There's a very good reason why Sammy's is packed tight each day for lunch, and it isn't because the joint is smallish.  The variety of burgers, including the signature with a fried egg, the generous portion of amazing fries, the extremely clean bar, well-stocked with a diverse array of beers, and the deservedly enthusiastic staff all leads me to build this sentence which is simply a perfect metaphor for one of their gigantic and perfect burgers!

Let me start of by saying, my burger was fantastic and the fries are great.

Now, to further clarify, the burger I always get is their veggie burger, so there's no meat on it. What I really like about their veggie burger is that it's not a burger, it's grilled vegetables with some cheese on a bun (a delicious bun). I really like this fresher approach to a veggie burger than a boring old patty and have never been disappointed on any of my visits to Sammy's. Their fries are a sort of coated steak fry and very tasty. I especially like the garlic fries (definitely not on any diet menu) and they're some of the better garlic fries I've had (Gordon Biersch in the Bay Area being the best garlic fries I've had). The BF and the Dad both really like the chili burger (yes, it has meat) and the BF especially likes the chili they use for on it (Sammy's own recipe). Both the BF and my mom have tried regular burgers, too, and liked them. The BF is a huge fan of beef, so if he says the burger is good, I'll trust his judgment.

I've dined her numerous times (totally packed, busy, and not so busy) and the food has always been good and service decent and fairly quick. If the parking lot is full, you can generally park in the lot of the vacant business next door.

I can't personally recommend anything other than the veggie burger and fries (did I mention, the bun was tasty, too?) However, I can definitely recommend Sammy's as a neighborhood gem not to be missed.

I guess somebody has to be the first one to post negative reviews....so here we go.

Prepackaged frozen burgers. Not a good start for a "gourmet" burger. Nothing very creative or original on the menu. The best part about our meal were fries. The service was OK and the restaurant was very clean. The food was did not live up to the hype.

Having other burgers on Cincinnati Magazine's list, I am not sure who ranked these burgers, but this review takes into consideration the burger and the customer service.

If you're like me and like a burger because you want to taste the burger and not all about how many toppings you can fit between the buns, this isn't the place for us. The patties themselves are meh (possibly frozen, not homemade) so I understand why they offer so many toppings to help dress up the flavor. Even without many toppings, I still had a sloppy burger and lost the bottom bun mid-way through so I understand why they wrap the burgers.

The bun is tasty, the fries are great but the onion rings are nothing special.

I should put on my profile I work in customer service so I paying attention to customer service. Regardless of what your restaurant is known for or where it ranks on magazine's burger list, I'd say only your loyal customers are going to overlook your customer service flaws. We were seated and then watched people around us get seated and place orders before ours was taken. The guy who was seating people and cashing out, seemed to have trouble doing those two tasks and always had a line for each. The bartender was cleaning tables outside and had a section inside to serve. Once we got our order, we had the wrong order.

Their parking lot is small and I'm curious to how they handle crowds in the winter when they don't have outdoor seating because the center area of tables were positioned so close together that it was best for tables of  two, not four, unless you're paper thin.

All things considered, if you're in the neighborhood and want to try it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here.

I was warned, but was still unprepared for the overflow crowd at Sammy's at dinnertime on a weeknight. Noise level was pretty high,  too. But service is reasonably efficient, and this is just about the best bar food you're going to find anywhere. Yes, the burger patties themselves are nothing special, but the buns and fixings are excellent. I had the Sammy, topped with an egg fried to lacy, greasy perfection on the flattop. Hubby was happy with his blue cheese burger. Generally I don't think you can do much with french fries, but these were crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, and nicely spiced. Nothing terribly unique here, but the folks in the kitchen really know what they're doing.

Nothing special but nice local spot don't go out of your way. I agree with other reviews that the burger patties were average. The toppings were creative at least. I had the tex-mex burger which was good but the flavors were a little muddy - too much with nothing in particular standing out. Nice beer selection

The burgers are in the name, so they better be good, right? Well, they are!

I've tried a couple of the different burgers here and they have all been amazing. Most recently, I had the bleu burger which has A-1, bleu cheese, and an onion ring on it. Simply delicious!

    The fries are good too.

My one complaint is that the website looks terrible, and so does the menu. Please find a hungry designer to update them!

I got take-out from Sammy's, but from what I can tell passing by all the time it usually looks packed.  The night I went was no exception, but my order was ready in 10 minutes.

The honey-kaiser roll is scrumptious and goes so well with the grilled chicken.  They have a wide variety of 'Gourmet Burgers' from Bleu Cheese to Chorizo.  I love bleu cheese, so I of course got the Bleu Cheese Burger.  Soo yummy with an onion ring and goopy with Heinz 57 sauce.  All burgers are served with their 'beer-battered bottleneck fries.'  I've never had this type of fries before, but they were strangely addicting.

After hearing that the owner's also own El Pueblo I definitely want to go back and try some of their apps with the mexican melting cheese.

Tried this newly-opened restaurant last weekend.  The burgers are delicious and big, and the fries are tasty too.  We were with a large group and they handled us with excellent service and no delays.  The wait staff is extremely friendly and easygoing.  Our group had the appetizer sampler, which was very good.  There's a ton of choices for beer, both imports and domestics.

One only very minor complaint was that the hostess seems to have a bit of attitude, but you quickly forget about her when you meet the friendly wait staff.  We're looking forward to frequenting this place during football season and hope they are very successful.

Excellent food on the north side of Blue Ash. Tiny but full-service restaurant and bar. I expect great things from this little joint!

Sammy's has been open only a week or so and we just got our first taste of it Friday 7-3-09. We've been watching for it to open on our drives through Blue Ash for the past month or two.

I've heard that "Sammy" is Samuel Flores, who is also owner, with his brother Victor, of El Pueblo Mexican Restaurant, on the South side of Blue Ash. That's one of the reasons we expected it to be a satisfying experience -- El Pueblo is a long time local favorite, with fresh, delicious food and impressive service.

    We were not disappointed.

The service could have been faster, but it was exceptionally friendly and I figure they're still getting the kinks worked out, being so new and all...  I hope to be able to upgrade this to a 5 star review on my next visit.

Jane and I sat outside under an umbrella in the unusually mild summer weather and enjoyed the breeze and a couple of imported beers (they have dozens of brands available), while looking over the 3+ page menu.

Although I'd come for a burger, we both decided on gourmet Nathan's Hot Dogs when we saw the many ways they serve them.

I had a classic with onions and relish (hold the tomatoes) and Jane had  the mushroom & swiss with red onions version.

Served on toasted buns, these dogs were delicious.

We shared an appetizer portion of Garlic Parmesan Bottle Cut Fries, which were hot, crispy and seasoned with just the right touch of garlic and fresh grated Parmesan.

Really, this was not your average pub fry experience. They serve these fries up in a number of "flavors" from plain to chili-cheese. Don't know how soon I'd get around to trying the others. These were so good, they're likely to be my next order, too.

This is a small place, on the corner of Creek and Kenwood, opposite Through the Garden. From the outside it looks smaller than it really is. I think I counted 30 tables inside and outside.

Inside, they have tables, booths, a bar and several wide, flat screens with the usual array of sports.

I'm happy to see another high quality, locally owned restaurant open in the neighborhood and I wish them much success.
