Shenanigans Eastside Pub

Went there for dinner last night and we will NOT be going back!

Nice location, nice set-up but just awful food/drinks and service. Our friends dined there once before and told us they didn't like  but we thought since we live in the area and we've been to the other Shennigans on Sheridan (which is great by the way) why not give this one  a try.
It wasn't busy at all which should have been a sign since it was busy everywhere else we tried to go around 7pm.It took forever to order food and to get cutlery. I ordered a magaritta that was way too sweet and I when I told the waitress she just just shrugged it off and said maybe they put too much mixer and just walked away.
My biggest disappointment was the ribs i ordered were cold and so dry that I think they have been sitting since lunch time.I told the waitress again and she just shrugged it off and walked away. We couldn't get out of there fast enough and if we were not in the hospitality industry i would have tipped her $2.00 on our almost $50 bill and walked off. How did Shenanigans put thier name on this place??

So after leaving a tip about this stellar establishment which follows, apparently I have upset someone who works for or love Shenanigans East Side Pup that they see it fit to slur abusive assumptions at helpful feedback. There is as you will see no personal attacks or comments toward the slow uncaring staff just facts.
My tip not review,
Normally a good spot can't believe how bad food and attitudes were today. I used to go here once a month not again. Over cooked microwaved entrees accompanied by cold fries and inedible pasta that was not a salad. And to say my dead, well done burger was med rare for shame. Shenanigans indeed.

Do I go too the Hess gas station and find a fat guy wearing a beard to look tough And bother him when he is emptying the trash cans

Stated that this was an employee and that I am not a ticked off fat bearded guy that worked for another bar I am customer that though he was treated with disrespect and dis-gratitude.

My public response to the following messages is I paid for the food consumed and not I tipped my waitress 20% as she did more than her job. As for Shenanigans and there hate yelp mail keep em coming I will post all of them.
So please continue to show your disregard to customers.

Again I have not replied in anything but a civil tongue for shame Shenanigans for shame.

Stopped in this visit to try some BBQ from the BBQ side. A 3-meat combo platter was $20 and consisted of pulled pork, beef brisket, and Canadian "smoked meat" which is corned beef. The Canadian stuff was the most flavorful, loved the texture too, it was all good, though.

The homemade BBQ sauce that comes with is tasty and tangy. The coleslaw is looong-cut. I don't enjoy a chopped or fine-cut slaw. The potato salad was, well potato salad.

Lots of food for the money. I was able to make three meals out of what I took to-go.
