I have been a customer of SBP and the former Acuri's for about 10 years.  I have always enjoyed the food - ordering at least once a week -  sometimes more often.  Therefore, I spend a reasonable amount of money in the establishment.  However, I won't be spending another dime there after last week's service dilemma.  I ordered a pie to be delivered. After waiting 45 minute for it to be delivered, I called and was told it was on its way. It finally arrived 30 minutes later.  It was stone cold - so I called and they made another and delivered it (as I would expect)  However, the replacement pie was made as if they used half the dough and therefore was paper thin on one side, while thicker on the other and it was falling apart.  You couldn't cut out a slice  without it ripping apart.  So, I called, and was told that's how we make our pizza.  After 10 years as a customer I think I know how they make pizza.  They said they would return and pick up the pizza and return my payment.  I am still waiting for their arrival.  I guess not anymore............Now that is customer service for a long term client.
