And the Worst service/attitude" goes to....the waitress literally THREW our plates and chopsticks. There was a dirty napkin in front of me when I sat down, and my tea cup was still wet...
Horrible food, dim sum included - chicken feet did not taste fresh (yes, there are fresh tasting feet.. as much as that sounds sounds contradictory)
Ugly and dreary decor
Perfectly lovely dimsum.
We came in on a Sunday afternoon for dimsum with the family. It was busy, but not packed. Â The selection was delicious, and I really liked the dumplings and humbow. Everything was so simple, but it was deliciously satisfying and no-fuss. Â I recommend the vegetables as well for a breakup to the fried and bready options.
The only complaint I had was that the ventilation of the restaurant meant that the sterno from the carts filled the room with a petroleum smell that was unappetizing. Â Perhaps it's too be expected for dimsum, but it was rather off-putting.
I will come here again with my family, as that the food was good, and I am especially interested in their non-dimsum options.
The food was alright. I have had better. But the staff was awful. Our waitress was extremely rude and messed up our orders and then proceeded to get mad at us for it trying to blame it on us even though she made the mistake. So for the service and unfriendly staff alone, 1 Star. Not winning Hunan Cafe...
