Owners My Advice, CALL A RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT NIGHTMARE SHOW FOR HELP!
Arived to this attractive town excited to eat here, but shocked to find it almost empty at 1:15 pm. First notice about five tables one occupied And the rest not cleaned. Get to the counter to find very fresh pizza. The nicely colored scicilian with pepperoni looked great so I ordered a corner slice. And of course a Chicago Beef Sandwich with cheese. Still no clean tables, I wipe my table only partly to see if they care. They delivered the food and don't care. Very close on the left side of the aisle walkway, A 36 inch restroom door was wide open Toilet showing the whole time. Then a few men came in, ordered food, go to a table and back to counter asking for someone to clean the table. And what are employees doing " Nothing" I swear all true. The food: The scicilian taste and crust, not as good as it looked. I never had a Chicago sandwich before, Besides the hot Peppers not much flavor and a mild cheese like mozzarella doesn't help.
Large portions and solid food all around. Meatballs are the best I've found in the area, but could still use a little more spice. Why does every so called "Italian" in this area cook such bland food? Thank you Re Napoli for renewing my faith in finding a simple meatball and marinara that doesn't taste like it came from a cafeteria!
