Northern Lights Bar and Lounge

The mister and I grabbed a late night snack at this hotel bar/lounge. There are plush booths and private seating for two scattered around the jazzy feel lounge, but we opted to sit at the bar. Usually there would be very loud music played, but on this night, it was very quiet night and really deserted, due to the hotel not being full.

Bartenders were very attentive and took our order right away because the kitchen was closing. We got the hot wings and hummus platter. While sipping wine and watching the flat screens, I scoped the people at the bar, mostly business travelers in desperate need of drink and conversation. Hot wings were salty and the hummus platter was delish with veggies and pita bread.

This bar is a good alternative if you don't want leave the hotel. Otherwise, head to Summer St. if you want a loud night.
