Walked in and it looked like a typical bar. Â Not a diverse demographic, mostly old men. Â I walked in to a bunch of confused stares. Â I stood at the bar and spoke to the gentleman nearby as I waited for the bartender. Â I waited..and waited...waited some more and about 5-7 minutes later, she finally came over. Â I said hello and asked how she was and she harshly responded, 'fine'!. I asked for glass of water. Â She rolled her eyes and made my "drink". Â As she slammed it in front of me, she said I have to keep it inside (mind you, the bar has a patio). I confirmed, 'I can't take it to the patio', she responded, 'not glass'. I found this strange since i had just watched two other women take their glassed-drinks out to the patio. Â I then asked, may I have a non-glass container, then. Â She said we don't have them and then walked off. Â It was the strangest thing. Â I knew immediately that my business was not wanted so I left.
Maybe only certain kind of people are welcome here :(. I don't recommend this bar to anyone-- there are plenty of other bars around with nice service. Â So sad when people let their personal issues inhibit the growth of a business...silly rabbits.
Nice neighborhood watering hole. Â It's never been busy when I've dropped in for a bite to eat. Â Typical pub grub kind of food, nothing really special, but satisfies the hunger. Â I think what I liked most about the place is just watching the people who drop in. Â Service has always been friendly.
