What a great place! We liked it sooo much from lunch on Wednesday that we went back for dinner on Thursday!~

Jaclyn took great care of us for lunch. She let us sample wines before we settled on the one to have with oysters on the half shell. They were slurped down in no time! Then my sister and I shared the THE RUSTIC FLATBREAD--Mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola cheese, goat cheese, parmesan reggiano, prosciutto and topped with arugula in a light citrus vinaigrette and truffle oil. Delizioso, and plenty to share! My daughter and her husband shared the FILET MIGNON FLATBREAD--Beef tenderloin, mozzarella, gorgonzola, provolone and parmesan reggiano cheese with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms on top of a gorgonzola cream sauce and drizzled with balsamic reduction. That was to-die-for as well!
Thursday dinner had the ladies enjoy the oysters on the half shell (again). We all shared a Greek salad (huge portion). I devoured my pulled pork tacos, my mom loved her pan-fried trout, and my sister was likewise pleased with her Ahi tuna steak, cooked just the way she liked. We asked our waitress, Samantha, to bring out the chef. He was naturally apprehensive, but was quite pleased when we gushed about his entrees. I don't think the kitchen gets the kudos they deserve, so we made sure Hector heard from his new fans! Even the manager, Sarah, came over to make sure we were taken care of (she probably freaked out when she saw the chef at our table!).
Two big thumbs up for this place. It's our new favorite hangout when we're in San Antonio!

I very rarely have ever reviewed a restaurant or bar, but with that said I have very rarely ever seen such rude service delivered. I visited this restaurant and have sat at the bar many times. Most of the time the service has been just average, but the last and final visit was terrible because of a very inattentive and rude bartender who obviously did not want to be working.

I would suggest that management counsel their employees to not ignore patrons. One should not have to beg for service. Oh by the way management, you have raised your bar prices on beer so that they are not competitive. On a positive note the food is quite good, but in this case the terrible service component outweighs the positive.

This is my husband and mine favorite place to go out when we go out to eat. It's our go to restaurant when it comes to watching big games, the Olympics, etc. Love the food options and the environment is one-of-a-kind. We absolutely loved the former location closer to The Quarry and were skeptical the new location would be as good. But if anything, we think it's better and parking is WAY better! Definitely 5 stars from us!

The only redeeming quality about this place is the food.  Last night was my first experience at the new location, and I already miss the original spot something awful.  Service was atrocious, only because our waiter had other waitstaff bringing our drinks out to us.  We may have seen our waiter once an hour, if that.

My biggest beef with Stone Werks are the prices.  Being that last night was a Spurs game, I just wanted to have a few glasses of beer to wash the game down with.  What I did not expect, however, was having to pay $6.75 for a 22 oz. Lone Star.  A friend, who was drinking Sierra Nevada, was a little taken back when he got his check back and was charged $10.75 per beer!  After seeing a manager walking around, I flagged him down and asked him if these prices were correct, only to get a very snooty response.

Decent food, poor location, ridiculously bad service, and even worse prices all make me never want to come back again.  Save your pretentiousness for some other time, Stone Werks, you don't have to waste it on me ever again.

The food was as good as usual. What made today five stars is Tripp, our waiter.  Tripp is a trip. Funny and entertaining.  Told him we'd want the frappacino pie for dessert.  With a straight face that I believed, he said they no longer offered it.  I guess he thought I would cry, so he said sure they have it. And so the evening went. Quite enjoyable. He also said cell phones not allowed at the table. That's what he tells his kids anyway.

This place has great food, and a great vibe.  We are regulars, and I haven't had a bad experience yet.  Definitely a place to visit.

I would have given this place a 4-star if the service hadn't dragged it down. The food was really good though not nearly good enough for the price you have to pay. I hate to say that I've had better "pub" food and I certainly CAN make better food than they can. I'd come back for their oysters on the half shell...and for only $12.95 is a spectacular bargain. The rest of the items on their menu...not so much. My server gave me the wrong flatbread insisting it was the right one. I ordered the Rustic flatbread which is supposed to come with an Arugula Salad on the top, prosciutto, gorgonzola cheese and whatnot. Where was my arugula, goat cheese and gorgonzola cheese? And more importantly, why is there pepperoni, olives and banana peppers on the flatbread? Is pepperoni the new prosciutto? I must've missed the modification. The thing about serving people that cook for a living is that we know better. So whatever BS you throw at me because you think I don't know any better, think again.

I loved it, the food was solid and the interior is just really a refreshing change from generic, played-out spots.  I could probably have just stared around the restaurant and at the ceiling (like some weirdo) throughout our duration there and found something neat and different each time!

Our waitress should have been more personable.  She seemed very robotic and never managed to crack a smile.  Service is a pretty big deal, so minus 1 star.

Had we not been with our 3 honorary nieces, it looked like it would have been a great place to slam down a few shots/drinks.  I had a sip of someone's mojito and it was so good, that I almost didn't want to give it back!  I like that just how this restaurant was great for a family lunch/dinner, it very easily

From what I personally ordered and what was shared with me, I can recall all of the following items being excellent: the bacon & smoked gouda burger, chicken tender strips, a little cute tin semi-filled with fries, the French dip Philly cheese steak sandwich, and their key lime pie.  Delicious!

There was a gentleman setting up some music equipment outside, and this was around 4pm so they must start up their live entertainment pretty early.  Next time I will make an effort to venture outside for some tunes, in the meantime I was just too busy enjoying the interior décor with my yummy lunch and some fantastic company :)

We went back to Stonewerks for dinner and had the yummiest burgers ever (bacon and smoked Gouda cheese).  I wanted to try the Frappucino Pie, but our neighbors ordered the Cobbler of the Day (it was cherry on the night we went), and the smell was driving us crazy in a good way, so we ordered that!  You can't go wrong with a sizzling cast iron skillet of cherry cobbler and ice cream goodness...it was amazing!

Can't wait to see what we'll discover on our next trip to Stonewerks!

The Flat bread is awesome, the service is great and they have a decent local beer selection, plus all the TVs around the place, you wouldn't miss any games.

    Good place to hang out.

I'm back in SA-town after a 3 year long crapfest with Skyler's friend, Jeb, in Austin.  I have finally saved up enough money for my own place, as well as a Chevy Spark.

Seeing as how I now have basically have everything in my life in order, I have been devoting all my time to one goal:

    Scoring hotties.

So, I thought to myself while driving home from Whataburger yesterday, "where are all the smoking hot ladies hanging out in SA these days?"  And then, BAM!, like an Easter miracle I see this place right across the street.

I swerve into the parking lot, dab some Sportstick behind my ears, and head on in.

I grab a stool and scope the place out: bros are pounding Shiners, UFC is on like 10 of the TVs, and hotties are basically pouring out of the woodwork.

I immediately turn to the first hottie I see and offer to buy her a Miller Genuine Draft.

    She's like, "No."

Then I turn to the next hottie I see and ask her and she's like, "Make it a half dozen of Stone Werks Big Rock Grille's famous oysters and we've got ourselves a deal."

    Game on.

I whip out my debit card and flag down
    the nearest waitress.

    I'm like, "Oysters, now."

    She's like, "Ask me nicer."

I throw a "please" in there and before you know it I'm rocking 6 of the tastiest little oysters this side of the Mississippi.

The hottie that's next to me is like, "Hey, you bought those for me."

And I'm like, "Beat it, because any pleasure you could possibly bring me would never match the refreshing taste of these Stone Werks Big Rock Grille oysters."

Fast forward 3 hours later and I'm polishing off my 5th tray of oysters and my 8th domestic beer.  I didn't score any hotties but the bartender gave me a fist bump when I left.  I'll be back soon S-dubBRG, you can count on that.

2 of us went on a Monday evening for our anniversary dinner. We were using the $15.00 gift card that was emailed to us. The waiter was either having a bad day or just did not care. We ordered the rueben sandwich, which took forever, I ordered the oyster/shrimp half order and a side caesar salad that I told the waiter was my main entree. Salad arrived, waited, tray of seafood arrived, waited for my husbands sandwich, could not locate our server, looking around I waved him over and where was my husbands sandwich, " Oh they didn't bring it?" ( found out if you order from raw bar the ticket is separate from the main kitchen) His sandwich was left @ the raw bar. So we waited again. Then while enjoying the seafood, the oysters were great, shrimp not so much, very hard to peel, missing the usual offering of crackers, napkins, hand wipes, whole experience was a struggle. There was not an offer of apology, nada. It was not even busy !

Stopped here after driving my Mom to San Antonio for some shopping.  We drove around the area looking for someplace local to San Antonio and decided that we'd give Stone Werks a shot.  Stone Werks has an expansive menu that feels much like a brew pub with a southwestern twist.  Imagine BJ's and Roaring Fork (or Z's Tejas Grill) having combined and you'll understand what Stone Werks seems to be.

Our waiter was extremely friendly and eager to suggest items on the menu, despite his telling us that today was his first day waiting tables on his own.  He also went out of his way to keep us updated on the status of our order.  (The kitchen seems to run a bit slow, but the quality of the food compensates nicely.)

We started out with chips, queso, and salsa, all of which were obviously made in the restaurant.  The salsa is especially intriguing, with a sweet, roasted flavor without a lot of overwhelming heat.  My blackened sirloin was amazing and the roasted Yukon Gold potatoes tasted like excellent oven-baked steak fries.  Mom similarly raved about her tilapia and mixed veggies.

The desserts looked great, but neither of us had room.  This is a definite go-to restaurant for San Antonio.

We were a group of about 20 women with lunch reservations, separate orders, separate checks, which the restaurant knew ahead.   We were in an anteroom with a lovely fireplace, tables set up when we arrived.

Service was extremely S L O W !!!!   Orders were taken about 30 minutes after we all arrived, food began arriving about 30 minutes after that, and many people were finished before the last ladies were served.  We were there for almost two hours and we all had soup, sandwich, and/or salads.  Soups were lukewarm, and when replaced, still lukewarm.

The one waitress serving us seemed to be working hard, but she needed help.  Management arrived after our complaints and told us one person could usually serve a group of our size.  No way!  I don't know if Stone Werks is understaffed or poorly managed, but this is not acceptable.  We will not return.

A great restaurant for any occasion. Very spacious and trendy! Has a big bar with all sorts of beers & drinks. You have a wide variety to choose from on the menu. My ranch cut steak was worth the $30. It was big & juicy I needed nothing on it! Rockafella Oysters were delicious. For dessert we had the Rockslide brownie, which is enough for two people to share. It's a huge brownie cake that was moist & melt in your mouth! The staff was nice & timely. Definitely one of my favs!

The Bears had been patronizing restaurants at this location for many years, and have seen this address change restaurants at least 3 times.  This latest change is definitely for the better.

The menu is H U G E and literally has something for everybody.  They definitely specialize in seafood, and the dishes we tried were excellent, especially the oysters on the half-shell.

We went here for both lunch AND dinner during a business trip to San Antonio.  Both meals were excellent.  Their burger plate was reminiscent of the old-fashioned soda fountain burger plate - delicious.

The service was very good, better than average for this city.  The prices on everything were reasonable.  Parking was adequate.

This restaurant is now on our faves list.

This place is awesome!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone that's interested in delicious food, tasty beverages, and an awesome atmosphere.  I've had the prime rib steak sandwhich, as well as the pecan crusted chicken served with mashed potatoes.  I had these dishes on separate occasions but was thoroughly pleased.  This location in particular has a very nice selection of wines as well. :)

Tonight I had the absolute best experience ever dining in San Antonio... We were greeted by 7 people at the door and maybe I'm exaggerating but it seems like everybody was friendly the second we walked in the door... The waiter weekend was absolutely great his service was fast great and attentive and then the food came out and it was absolutely great drinks came out even faster I was so it's really happy with my overall experience I called the manager over to explain how completely content I was with every experience I had beginning with walking through the front door I can only get this restaurant five stars through yelp but if I could I would give it 10

I came here for the first time last week. The hostess was very helpful and polite. Our server just had bad timing, when we needed her she was no where to be found, when we didn't want to be interrupted there she was! My girlfriend and I shared both a dozen oysters, and the spinach artichoke dip. Both were great! I paid 4 bucks for pint of Pabst Blue Ribbon I felt taken for a fool on that one. But the glass of Organic Wine my girlfriend had was tasty. Over all it was a good experience but because of the service and 412% mark up on my Pabst Blue Ribbon I had to take one star away.

First of all, get the Lamb burger and/or the pizza with goats cheese and add bacon.  I've been there numerous times but always get the same stuff b/c i like it so much. Oh, and don't forget the oysters. Wow.....very fresh and tasty.
Beer selection is very good, but kinda pricey.  Yes it's got a bit of a chain atmosphere and the place is always crowded and loud, but overall, I've enjoyed every visit.

Love this place for when you are out and no one can decide what they want.  HUGE selection of choices for dinner from giant salds, big selection of burgers, pizza, entrees, sandwhiches, and even raw oyster bar!

They also boast a pretty impressive draught selection of beers from around the US and world and they are always changing too.  They have a  Happy Hour that ends at 7pm (I believe) which gives discounts on drinks and certain apps.

The scene around the bar is pretty crowded during happy hour with a lot of professional 30-40 somethings after work crowd.  Fun place, good bartenders and staff!  The place is pretty large too so you never have to wait long if at all!

    Awesome Accomodations!

I like a place that can offer me a little bit of everything, and honestly, I feel Stone Werks is one of those places. Housed in the old Thurmanz (and a few other past incarnations) this place is the right size to offer just about anything one could want - large party rooms, small party rooms, a huge inside central bar and a smaller outside one to accompany the very cool and very spacious patio. And my favorite - an oyster bar!
And the menu is a dream - a little bit of everything and a LOT of the things I really enjoy - a full selection of starters, salads, flatbreads and pizzas, with fresh dough made daily. A good steak, chop, chicken & seafood collection with a hickory rubbed Prime Rib as its star offering and if that doesn't give you what you want, burgers and deli sandwiches finish the menu off - followed by some kick-a desserts.
The oyster bar is easily one of the freshest in the city - oysters, peel & eat shrimp, colossal shrimp cocktail are enough for a meal to me. Although I dont think Stone Werks is Kid Friendly by nature, they will try to be accommodating if you should find your little ones (or medium ones) in tow.
The wine list has been carefully thought out to match its menu and has full offerings, as well as some really bargain bottles to go with your meal. They also have a full selection of craft beers, many on tap.
This place has gotten popular already, so parking is always a challenge, and reservations are definitely recommended for parties of 4 or more. If you're eating alone, the bar almost always has a seat.
Just like the other locations, service is an issue here. I think they have high turn-over and weak management, but over the last few visits, I've learned how to compensate for that by being more interactive with my server on the front end. This is a little bit of a pain, but Stone Werks just has so much more to offer that I'm willing to be a little more involved than usual to reap the true rewards of this place.
Put all these things together and you get a place that can accommodate just about anyone. Just gotta look past the service a little bit. Hopefully, they'll work on that.

Food is great. Didn't get a higher rating because of the simple SUCKY SERVICE from our distant waiter. I ordered a grilled chicken salad (grilled was the only option on the menu) and the waiter asked me if I knew it wasn't fried and if I wanted it fried. I'm like is he serious? I can read- thank you and if I wanted fried, Id go to Friday's.To make matters worse, he felt the need to make sure I knew my salad was the dinner price and not the lunch price. I should've been a reciprocal ignoramus and asked him if he gets asked if he wants his rice sticky when he dines out:-/ Instead I just decided to leave him a 18% tip just to prove him wrong bc it was obvious he thought he wasn't going to get tipped well. I regret not leaving a nasty little note with it. My friend who is a waitress told me that a good tip with a nasty note burns worse than no tip at all.

I just ate tonight at the new Stone Werks in Lincoln heights. The service was sub par only because the staff can't get drinks outside as the Bar outside only services beer. The staff were running in and out of the restaurant to order and retrieve drinks.  I went to have a good early start to MOTHERS day on Saturday and accepted the slow service. We left and I unfortunately left my phone. I returned 15mins later and asked for my phone and they did not have it. A table next to us said a waiter with a crew cut was busing our table. I reported this to the manager and told him and her how disappointed I was that they could question their guys and ask for my phone back. This is my business phone and I pleaded with people to help me find it. No one would return it.
I should have never entered this place when I saw 2 people leaving very drunk from STONE WERKS getting into their car. I will NEVER return to this Stone Werks or any others as long as I live!!

As others have stated, the location information needs to be updated to reflect the new address on Basse, at the Lincoln Heights center. I'll agree with others who said that there's a distinctly different attitude/feel for this new location, though whether I like it or not I can't really say.

Immediate impression when I walked in was WOW... this is nicer than expected. Had been at this building before when it was Water Street Oyster Bar shortly before closing and this kicked that up a notch. As others have said, I felt a little underdressed but brushed it off. We were there for an early dinner (5pm-ish) before hitting the Majestic to see La Cage, so it's not like we walked in wearing t-shirts but no one said or did anything to make me feel awkward.

We were seated to the right of the entrance in the bar room with the color-changing LED wall. It was a weird mishmash of seating areas in the room, with mostly tables in the middle, a bar at one end, and a couple of booths around the walls. There was a fireplace and deer head in a weird rustic-meets-modern type decor scheme that featured empty cubby holes and side tables, complete with a large, silent flat screen TV in every corner. It struck me as odd that the TVs were set to the news but no captions or sound were provided. I don't recall that the music (jazz, as someone mentioned) was particularly loud enough to be evident above/behind the voices of other diners. Seemed cool, but kind of off. Like maybe the decor was a combination of multiple visions combined as part of a compromise. Seems to work okay, but it'd be interesting to come by when a Spurs game is on.

Service was... odd. I don't recall our server's name, but he seemed to be in a hurry. I know how restaurants want to turn tables quickly, but when you stand at our table watching us look at the appetizers, you may need to chill out a bit. I'm not sure how many tables this guy had but it seemed like he was with us five times in ten minutes before he realized we weren't going to go any faster. Also, he spoke a little too quietly, and we frequently had to ask  him to repeat things. Overall he was completely devoid of personality, but oh well. The orders came out right and for the most part he was attentive.

We had the chicken caesar pizza for an appetizer- I guess we were mixing up the pizzas and the flatbreads, because what we got was larger than we were expecting. On the bright side, that means I don't have to cook lunch tomorrow.
My date ordered the tuna steak with citrus salsa and praised it but said there was a bit too much red pepper. He's a trooper though, and downed a few drinks to make up for it.
I was torn between the lamb burger and the stuffed salmon, but eventually went with the latter in a half-hearted attempt to be healthier. The plate had a strange presentation: there were two ramekin-type dishes on the plate (one with the salmon and one with potato wedges), and only the vegetables were actually on the plate... and between the plate and the veggies there was a random piece of paper? It seemed like the vegetables were tossed on at the last minute, and those were the given sides for the order, so I'm not clear on why so many dishes were necessary. It was clumsy and awkward. No big deal though, I simply moved the dishes around.
As for taste, the salmon had a nice champagne cream sauce that complimented the salmon well, and the stuffing was tasty, moist, and plentiful. The portion size was enormous, so I was pleased with that. Strangely though, I'd have to say the potato wedges were probably my favorite. I don't know if I just needed the salt or what, but they were very crisp and well seasoned without getting soggy or falling apart. The veggies were watery and underseasoned in contrast.

I'm not normally a dessert person, but around the time we were finishing our meal, a waiter walked by with a sizzling tray that smelled amazing. Our server brought out receipt without a word and had to be flagged down to ask about and add the cherry cobbler to our order. That was awkward...
The cobbler arrived, sizzling and smelling delicious, and topped with a perfect-looking scoop of ice cream. Unfortunately, I have a slight cold so my sense of taste wasn't as strong as usual, but it definitely seemed like the smell was better than the taste for that dish. It went unfinished, though the crust seemed to be just the right level of doneness. I think it was the cherry filling that was relatively tasteless, as my date (who was not sick), stated something similar and he IS a sweets person.

Short story: new location is fancier and service has gone down, but prices seem to be the same (high-ish) for large portions and "okay" food that is passed off as gourmet.

I was confused to see all the poor reviews for service when this could be the furthest from the truth on my last trip to Stone Werks.  In fact I thought the service was outstanding.  Our waittress was very proactive in thinking of our needs.  The food was delicious as always.  Do yourself a favor and order the oysters on a half shell!  However, one of the things that stood out the most to me was the how great the restaurant looked.  They really did a great job decorating.  It gave me the feel of an upscale Las Vegas restaurant.  You best bet I'll be going back to Stone Werks!

Every time I go to Stone Werks I ask "What am I missing?". The place is always packed and lots of folks swear by it. Maybe I just haven't had a good experience here?

The new location gives off a pervy, scumbag feel - like trying to copy some coastal vibe that doesn't fit. Jazz music playing, deep circular booths, snotty hostess out front. So you can imagine the kind of clientele who flock here.

The number of creepers is stunning. There's the dudes in suits with chuck tailors dudes, the "you could be my daughter" dudes, the short angry dudes.... and we even saw a trany out on a date. Ladies, watch yourselves - I've seen guys pulling the "oh I'm just swinging my camera from my wrist" trick.

For the gentlemen, you are about to enter the Cougar Den. 40 is the new 19, amirite?

On top of all of that, the service is god awful. I imagine the turnover is high here since none of the bartenders or waitresses know what's on tap and what isn't. As in they have to consult the list to see if they carry it. I asked a waitress for an Old Fashioned. She said "old fashioned what?".

Food service is slow and utterly random. Often you're so grateful that food finally showed up it doesn't matter what they brought you. Every ticket I've had here was riddled with mistakes.

And just for added kicks, there is zero parking. And if you park in the super-special reserved HEB parking, you're getting towed thanks to the roving HEB Segway Cops.

I get the feeling the bottom is going to drop out of this place at any moment. At least we can hope.

Service very very slow, appetizers and meal showed up at the same time. Had to ask four times to get one glass of wine. Acoustics are terrible very hard to have a conversation. Our waiter kept tapping on the table while talking to us very annoying. Liked the old place. No plans to go back.

    I am LOVING this location.

The space is gorgeous. The bar. You have to visit the bar! So many beers on tap, and by the way, that includes many craft favorites and Texas specials.

The food was absolutely great. I'm on a biggest loser challenge so I opted for a salad. It was huge and filling and the chicken was full of flavor. We also tried oysters. Dude. Incredible. Do it. DO IT.

Service was beyond expected! Our waitress was on point, attentive and just all around stand out.

So happy with the new digs. Great experience.

Remember when you went to a restaurant and the waiters knew that if they did not make eye contact for fifteen minutes, they would not have to order or deliver your food before the kitchen closed?  Well, it is like that but different.....no... it is the same.  I had to say something loud and obnoxious about getting service to get service, which equates to spit or other "things" in our food.   Drinks and food were good.  The atmosphere was high class, but it was basically and Alamo Heights Prom and a few adults spending their own money there.  It is not the old Stone Werks or any of its former neighboring restaurants for that matter. If your expectations are to be treated like cattle during a drought, then you will love it!

New Location, fancy decor, sexy lighting, multiple flat screens, ZERO customer service.
Not sure what happened once they moved into their new location but it was the worst customer service I've had in awhile.  Went mid afternoon on a Friday - I get that its about the time shift change happens (I know I was once a server) - so I am understanding - but 20 minutes (yes 20 mins) later when we were greeted we were hoping things would start going uphill from then on.  Not the case.  I think we had about 3 different people attempt to wait on us - a server told us that their replacement hadn't shown up and they didn't know what would happen to us . . .
Well I will tell you what will happen - I will never come back.

It's pretty hard to upset me but this was just disappointing.
All that money into a very classy looking space - invest in waitstaff that cares - or at least fakes it to make good tips.

Stonewerks closed their original location and moved east to the Lincoln Heights shopping center. They are now located in the old Water Street Oyster Bar at Broadway and Basse. I liked the original Stonewerks because it had a lot of outdoor seating. However it lacked in parking spaces and indoor seating. The new location has plenty of parking spaces and indoor seating. I didn't get an opportunity to see their patio area, so I can't comment on the new outdoor seating.

What I liked about the new location, there were TVs everywhere. If you're looking to watch the Spurs or any sports game, have no fear, there is a TV for you in the dining and bar areas. You will not be able to hear the game commentary, but enjoy Frank Sinatra or jazz music playing in the background.

The food and drinks are the same as any of the other Stonewerks locations in SA.

The crowd on a Saturday night were a mix of young professionals and older Alamo Heights/Olmos Park/Terrell Hills residents.

I'll probably come back again to check out their happy hour and outdoor patio.

Stone Werks is in a new location just up the road from the Quarry in Lincoln Heights.  Have been anxiously awaiting the opening for some time now and decided to give it a go on New Years eve with friends.  Also wanted to see if the move would mean improvements.  Sadly, not where it counts.  While the dining atmosphere has greatly improved, the service is still horrible.  Yes, horrible.

Took about 5 minutes for our drinks, then 30 minutes just to order food.  And that was after we had to go fetch the guy.  Drinks remained empty too long thereafter, and had to be requested from other servers, as was our food.  Finally stepped to the managers.  After returning to the table we could see behind the glass a lot of finger pointing by the managers at our table, our waiter came to our table and defended his lack of interest.  Then took him another 15 minutes to get our bill, really!  Unprofessional, though never did see any one of the managers come to our table to express empathy or apology.  Telling!

Ended up getting out of there about 2 1/2 hrs later, missing the start of our next venue.  Really wished the manager cared enough to come over to our table.  No coupons, just a quick nod of apology goes a long way, though, there are too many good places to eat and drink in SA to care.

We are seated at the NEW location in Lincoln Heights- the service is TERRIBLE (except for Michelle and Mike)... Our waitress (Pina) has only visited our table twice in 20 min and when she did one in our party ordered another drink and she was about to take off, when we had to stop her to remind her we had OTHER people in our Party who were thirsty... We had already had 2 meals and were happy with the food, but our 2nd waitperson has left us parched and peeved!!!
