Hit and miss for me. Â Today I went and the bread was actually doughy. Â A few weeks ago, it was on the dark side. Â As I have worked at Subway in the past I know that this is something VERY easy to regulate... Use your timers, stop eyeballing it!!! At sandwich places, especially with a sandwich shop on every corner in competition, it is all about the bread... Keep it consistent Subway.
