This opened up in Chatham on 5/20/2013. Â My wife and I were looking forward to trying it because we enjoy The Creek and Fat Willy's. Â
We ordered fried mushroom appetizer, bowl of potato soup, and a Ribeye sandwich. Â
The Ribeye was good, but frozen. Â Also, I guess medium means medium-well here.
The fried mushrooms had more breading than mushroom and had zesty chipotle ranch listed as the sauce. Â When they came out with only ranch I asked about the chipotle ranch and Sara stated she could try and make it chipotle but they had decided not to have it on the menu. Â I pointed out it was on the menu and she stated she needed to get a black marker to take it off of menus. Â She then left the table. Â
This bar and grill is much too new to already be taking things off of their laminated menu. Â i'm guessing they just didn't have the sauce, or our server didn't get the right sauce.
The ambiance was cafeteria style, but the bar area was a nice addition...however, no one was sitting at the bar so I saw it as a waste. Â There is a moto-sports motif but the clientele (not many but a few) did not appear to be their target age group.
I probably won't return because this place seems to have management issues, the food is sub-par, and there are much better places in the area who are more deserving of my dollar. Â My wife may get the soup to-go.
