Subway Sandwiches

I had the worst and the most humiliating experience when ordering at this Subway. The Daily Special for the day was Tuna, so I asked Employee # 1 to give me the Daily Special, but to omit Tuna since I'm allergic to Fish. She happily obliged. Employee # 2, who was apparently the manager, was making a sandwich for the person in front of me in line and mistakenly put lettuce in that person's sandwich. Upon that customer's complaint, the manager removed the lettuce off of her sandwich and put it back in the bin to be used on other customers' sandwiches. What a violation of the health code and so unsanitary!! I insisted on getting fresh lettuce but the manager wasn't too happy about that. Anyway - upon checkout I asked for my chips and drink, but the cashier outright refused. He said my sandwich was not a daily special since I omitted tuna. I asked to speak to Employee # 1 - who also, under pressure from her manager and cashier, said that she promised me no such thing. Both the manager and the cashier refused to honor the daily special deal to me. I asked the Cashier for his store number, which he didn't know. He failed to even give me a receipt. I had to specifically ask for one so I could lodge a complaint, and my receipt clearly stated "RECEIPT IS REPRINTED".

I would think twice before eating at a Subway again and warned all of my friends and family of the way I was treated at the Subway in this location.
