I am a huge fan of Indochine and Sushi. Â I had the yellow curry chicken (on the menu it was Mos... something). Â It tasted ok. Â Very little chicken and the sauce was very watery. Â Will not order again. Â The spring rolls were good. Â My husband had a California roll and fried calamari. Â The California roll was good- the calamari was tasteless and rubbery- HUGE rings (not what you would expect). Â It's has a nice atmosphere but our waitress seemed a little slow (I think this was due to her helping the kitchen). Â I would go back to try their sushi. Â Never cheat on Indochine- it always turns out bad. Â Our bill was $35- it was definitely not worth that.
Review Source:A friend and I went for dinner on a Tuesday night, The small place was crowded but we were seated right away. The booths for two are pretty small. I wouldn't recommend sitting there if you are getting more than two entrees to share. My friend having been to Thailand ordered a Chang (a Thai beer) which they did not have. He then ordered a Singha and they did have that. We ordered Massamaun curry and Shrimp Pad MaMaung both at a #3 spice level. Easily could have gone to a 5 the 3 was not spicy to me at all. I think both dishes were tasty. My friend said it was good not great. I also think the dinner portion was on the small size for the price. But maybe I'm just used to the mammoth portions that you get at Indochine. I didn't order sushi this time, but saw some that went to other tables and it looked delicious. I will return, but probably for lunch where the prices are lower. I say give it a try!
