So we just got home from linner (lunch/dinner) at the buffet. Here's my take on things. I don't think you can go here and not compare it with the Warsaw if you've been to both.
So the first thing we noticed is the hostess/waitress probably doesn't like her job very much, or maybe was just having a bad day. She wasn't friendly at all and later in our meal when they were out of one of the drinks in the machine, I went to tell her about it she rolled her eyes at me. I feel they beat the Warsaw as far as looks of the restaurant go, it's clean and orderly, although small, the decor is nice.
The choices of food are less than what you have at the Warsaw, there was plenty of selections though, so that was okay.
The food here isn't bad at all, some things are very close to the Warsaw and others are a bit less in quality. I had the sweet onion pork loin, unfortunately on the buffet this had gotten pretty dried out, but good flavor. The chicken cutlet had good flavor, but was also on the dry side. The perogis were good but I really missed the cheese one that Warsaw serves, the potato/ cheese here was really good though. Â The cheese blintz, really was not good, way to much lemon in this. The ribs were fall off the bone with a good sauce, probably my favorite on the buffet. Polish sausage really lacked flavor and I wouldn't try it again, I didn't like this at all.
Yes that sounds like a lot of food, but one thing I loved was that they had everything in small portions so you could try a bit of everything and not have to waste it if you didn't like it.
Price wise, they are a lot cheaper than Warsaw, especially on a Sunday, $10 per person and includes you drink. I would say it was a good value for the money, but I think for a few dollars more I would go to the Warsaw instead.
