I have been to TJ's about a half dozen times in the past 3 months.  I like it.  It's sorta low-end and it definitely attracts the blue collar crowd.  Not that there's anything wrong with that; those are my roots, my peoples.  I'd gladly take a bar full of rambunctious construction workers over a socially-awkward, smart-phone-addicted hipster crowd any day of the week.  They have four beers on tap:  Blue Moon, Coors, Coors Light, and BBC (an IPA maybe, can't be sure), and they're wicked cheap.  Something like $2.  Their rail drinks are unevenly made -- sometimes they have the right amount of booze, other times I think they're trying to kill you.  But let's face it... the crowd here isn't drinking for the taste and the complaints are few.

You know how we all have relatives who can cook really well, but it's not quite restaurant quality?  That's TJ's.  The food is good.  If you think you're going to be fed slop, you'd be wrong.  I've HAD slop.  This is not slop.  Don't even think about it.  But I will say, the quality to price ratio is definitely in your favor.  There are other places around that charge more for meals of less quality.  It's home cookin'.

So far I've had the lasagna (twice, once with sausage, A+), a cheeseburger (A), the sweet honey ribs (C, not much meat, but good tasting), the clam chowder (D, salty as hell, you'll be downing those $2 drafts), their steak tips (solid B, small tips, good sauce) and the lobster roll (C, huge, tons of meat, but spoiled by too much dill -- or something).  Their mashed potatoes are also really good.  I've probably had other stuff, but I can't remember, which should also tell you something.

I've been here when the parking was full of motorcycles.  One time with my father-in-law, who got a little nervous, "A biker bar, Ken?"  To which I replied, "No, Joe.  These are just people with bikes.  Bikers are different."  So don't be alarmed if you see 100 Harleys in the lot.  Go in, pay $10 for a couple beers and a burger.

Oh, CASH ONLY, but there is an ATM there.

Best local townie place.  Great family business, service and food.  Burger madness on Mondays for $3 with fries or onion rings too!  Best deal in the metrowest.
