Tom's Bigger Jigger

Given this location, this is a surprisingly friendly and welcoming bar.   The first bartender I had here was a really nice middle-aged woman named Norma.   The bar is square shaped and sits in the middle of the room.   It's fairly sparse on decor and pretty light on the inside.    

The bar seems to be simply a neighborhood hangout, though it looks like it also draws some workers from the industrial areas just to the east.
