The Wine Vault at Coal Vines

We had an outstanding experience with the Wine Vault this past weekend for my husband's 40th birthday party.  The staff made everything supremely easy from start to finish.  There were no contracts to bother with, which I found a little scary at first, but TJ the Chef was easy to reach and communicative throughout our whole experience.  They put us at ease when we decided to book - we knew we would be well taken care of.  We received endless compliments on the quality of the food and were so appreciative that Chef TJ and his staff kept our guests well fed into the evening.  Everyone was extraordinarily attentive to every one of our needs before, during and after the event.  I'd like to especially thank server Johnny, who anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask about them!  It's obvious that they run a very smooth operation.  Furthermore, our guests loved the room itself - everyone commented on how well appointed it is.   It truly is a gorgeous space.

Working in the wedding industry, I can wholeheartedly recommend The Wine Vault at Coal Vines to brides or anyone else planning a special event.  I have worked with many professionals over the years, and the service we received exceeded all of my expectations. It felt like I had to do no work at all - they took care of everything for us. They went above and beyond to ensure our event was a smash hit.
