First time for spouse and me, and we were on the skeptical side - duh - they serve only their own wine and pair it with their own recipes.
But we went. Why? Because we were on the Plaza anyway.
And... wow.
Really good.
Service - about what you'd expect from a nice restaurant - attractive young people eager to please.
Wine - very okay, but without the "buy the $100 bottle" push.
Food - here's where the 5 stars come in. For a restaurant with a price point about what you'd see at Houston's or even Olive Garden, the selection and presentation was great.
We went with 3 small plates - tenderloin sliders, crispy shrimp, and chicken potstickers. All were top shelf.
Going back? Uh, yeah!!!
Met up with some friends for wine tasting before dinner. Â The bar was packed so tasting quickly went out the window because we couldn't get any real estate big enough for the five of us. Â We transitioned to the real bar and just had glasses of wine instead. Â The bartender was pleasent enough and their wine is always top notch.
