Went here for the first time recently and it was a good time. Â It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, there was a live band playing in the back outdoor area, which is a lovely space where I wouldn't mind spending many afternoons relaxing in the sun and comfort of a friendly atmosphere. Â There was also a bbq where you could get food if you purchased a drink, which was awesome because I was super hungry, although me and my buddy got two bottles of beer and were charged $12.50, which seems like way too much and would be my only complaint. Â They have a pool table and dart boards...and a single occupancy bathroom, which is great cuz I'm pee shy.
Review Source:Went here on a Wednesday night with the P.I.D. after a long day at work. We were both super excited that we didn't have obligations the next day since it was the 4th of July.
Yelp and other review sites said that this was the spot for a night out in Hayward.
Wednesday night was very calm. We figured more folks would be out on the town before 4th of July, but the spot was very relaxed.
We walked in and were greeted by the bartender who fashioned a baseball cap and overalls. It seemed like the few individuals who were posted at the bar were regulars.
We ordered a Malibu Double Punch and a whiskey and ginger ale. This is one of the first bars outside of Vegas where they had frozen blended drinks on the menu.
We sat outside on the spacious patio. It was during the heat wave so it was a very nice night.
We'll definitely come back on a weekend or one the nights they have free live music.
Until next time, have a safe night out on the town!
