Ryan's Pub

I was actually here a couple of weeks ago and had an incredible time. Apparently this is the main hang out of like...everyone ages 21-30 in the village which is great because of a lot of people I once knew go here and it's great to reconnect. Great atmosphere, good music, good people...always seems to be crowded which makes it hard to get a drink sometimes.

Best part of the night was when I was trying to get a drink and I noticed two large women whom both had strong accents so I asked, "Hey, are you two ladies from Ireland?"

One of them screamed, "It's Wales you idiot!"

So, I immediately apologized and said, "Sorry, are you two whales from Ireland?"

Yeah. The amount of fucks I give while intoxicated is none.

By far the best bar in the San Leandro area!

A lively, dark, loud place full of a bunch of heavy drinking dudes and a vivacious, loud, but friendly bartendress.  Pours are honest and the prices are fair.  I thought that the jukebox was turned up way too loud, however, and it's not a very relaxing place if you want to be mellow.
