We were so disappointed in the service.  Rude waitresses, over charges for small potions, owners disinterested in customers needs/requests/concerns.  Will NOT go back or recommend to friends.

I would give it a 0 star review if I could (Yelp! only allows a minimum of 1 star...). My only advice for fellow Yelpers is: stay away from this place... One suggestion for the restaurant/staff: please treat your customers with some respect...

We went in with a big group for a friend's farewell party. You know, we were supposed to have a blast. Thanks to their service, that night was totally ruined...

We ordered from their all you can eat menu and a waitress (the staff manager as we learnt later) came by to re-inform us that we "will have to pay extra if we do NOT finish what we order" with a bad attitude. Well- we have already been informed twice, thanks for the threat. And then she took the trash can from our room and stormed away... Aha- just so we cannot stuff the left over food into the trash can... Brilliant idea... At last, we finished pretty much everything (over 30 dishes) but one. She whispered to the girl who was printing our check and we were told we have to pay additional for that one dish we did not finish... We tried to appeal for their reasoning to waive that. But nobody would listen and that gal insisted on it. We were very unhappy at that point, and do not feel ok to pay a mandatory 18% gratuity. They wouldn't let us leave and we both called 911... Eventually, we settled with the general manager and left after midnight... What a night...

I know nothing about running a restaurant, but I think 14 unhappy diners and an experience like that says something... Please treat your customers with some respect. They are not there to take your attitude or be treated like criminals...

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life!
We came with a group of people for the karaoke, and choose to have the $35/person for all dishes ordered. 2 waitress come in and tell us multiple times that we need to finish all dishes, in a bad attitude. If you don't like people to choose to pay by head count, you don't need to put it on the menu, and treat your customers as beggars.

Another funny thing is about the tips. The manager/owner told us the 18% mandatory gratitude is "service fee" not tips, typically people add additional tips as they wish. For your bad service? Even 18% is too much! Won't let them get a penny from me any more!
