Over priced and underwhelming. Â I wish there was a 0 rating. Â I don't usually dislike a place this much. Â Went with a group of 6 and the staff had a hard time managing the table. Â I tried to order extra eggs and meat with my breakfast, the waitress told me it was better to order to meals. Â Actually it was a lot more and gave me extra bread, potato and fruit that I did not want. Â Their was no substitutions on the breakfast orders either, so lots of wasted food at the table getting items we did not want. Â the only good thing was the coffee. Â I expect never to go here again!
Review Source:I bought a Groupon deal, $20 for $40 dinner. I followed the instructions on Groupon to make a reservation for the dinner in the same day. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. The sign on the door said that they had an event that night. It was strange that they didn't tell me when I called in for reservation in the morning. I called the restaurant, but nobody responded and the voicemail box was full. I came back home and sent them an email, but the email got returned as their address was not found in the system?!
I contacted Groupon, and explained what happened. Then Groupon allowed me to cancel my purchase. I don't think I will ever want to try this restaurant again.
We had terrible customer service here for lunch on Sunday. The greeting, drinks, and food took a ridiculous amount of time, we had to ask multiple times for water (at which she brought one at a time) and my food was slightly cold. This was a shame since the food could have been good (the sausage hash)but the waitress made the experience so terrible that I finally decided to write my first yelp review. She was so unfriendly and as a server myself, I can't believe the attitude that was given to us!
The rest of the staff seemed friendly-smiling and working hard, but the woman with the dark hair shouldn't be in the service industry.
