Ate with family in the atrium just outside Cosmos. Â Our server was sweet but forgetful (on several occasions) and brutally slow. Â In her defense, apparently they only have one person in the kitchen on Sundays, which is also all day happy hour. Â Food took ages to come out and it was, without exaggeration, quite bad. Â Fish tasted terribly fishy (it was supposedly halibut in the tacos), sushi of the day was ahi nigiri and miserable, although the bleach taste at least told me it might not be harmful, and the rest is not worth mentioning or eating. Â It was free for me and I will never eat there again.
Review Source:This bar and lounge is located in the Bellevue Club, off the hotel lobby and adjacent to the Polaris restaurant. Â It's easy to walk from the hotel lobby or the restaurant into Cosmos without even realizing you're in the lounge, which includes a bar area with a giant flat screen and an indoor patio area. Â Both are very comfortable with a pleasant ambiance.
The service was very nice. Â It took us forever to order but he stayed cool. Â
Although the bar menu is limited, you can order off the Polaris menu, too, so there were plenty of dishes to choose from, including numerous seafood options such as salmon, swordfish, halibut, etc. But only the salmon was fresh. Â I took a chance on the swordfish and it was delicious. Â
All in all a very good experience.
