Great happy hour, with half off small plates and cocktails. I loved the mussels in bacon-blue cheese broth, which is a steal at $5.50 during HH for a fairly large portion. The fried chicken sliders (the bacon gravy was so good) and meatballs were also great. The drinks were strong and well-balanced, and like the food, are a great deal at HH ($5-6 cocktails). We liked the blueberry breeze, mojito and blood orange margarita.
For a Saturday night, it was relatively quiet and it was easy to find a table. Servers were attentive and friendly. Overall, one of the better happy hours in downtown Bellevue.
My friend and I had lunch here and neither of us were impressed. My tuna poke salad was super salty.  I didn't mention it or return it because it took so long to get it and more importantly the waitress never came back to check in our meals.  (Hardly anyone was in the restaurant so I'm not sure why it took so long.)  The food was also overpriced. Bottom line: no  reason to return.
