oh dear...where do I begin?  I have lived in Bellevue almost 5 years and rarely go out here.  We tried Parlor last night because we were meeting some friends.  If our friends weren't there we would have turned around upon entering.
We had a private vip table which is hardly vip.  Our server was terrible.  She couldn't remember out drink orders.  At one point she put drinks down in front of us and said she honestly didn't know which drink was which, we had to sample each and pass to the appropriate person who ordered the drink, lame.  When we first got there our drinks were served in glasses, as the night went on we got cheap plastic cups and when we asked why she said as the night goes on glasses get broken.  The only glass that I saw break was by her after she cleared some of our drink glasses. This club/bar is 90% women, with a very mixed range at that, grandma, middle aged, and young bachelorette ladies.  The music was all 90's but about every 5th song they play Robin Thicke's blurred lines, I love that song but seriously, by every 5th song it got old.  Thank goodness our group was fun.  I know that I will not be returning to Parlor in the future simply because when I order a drink I expect my server to know which drink I ordered and I deserve to drink out of glass cups instead of plastic!

A decent place to spend a Friday evening.

Pro: Lots to keep one occupied (billiards, sports on the TV, dance floor, food). People seem to be having a good time. A guy wipes down the billiard tables between groups; he seems very dedicated.

Con: A little expensive for billiards ($25/hr), but I have to admit, the tables are in good condition. Food is strictly perfunctory. The service seems to be hit or miss (but honestly, wouldn't you be if you had to deal with the people that are in this place?). As long as you keep your expectations low, you'll do just fine.

Good place to come and watch a game on TV.

    Food:
Didn't have any food, but the beer selection is solid.

    Service:
Bartender was really nice. My friend and I came in for happy hour and to watch an NBA game. I asked the bartender to change the channel since the game was playing on ESPN2 instead of ESPN. He gladly told me that he didn't have the remote, but he'd call upstairs for them to change it for us. After 15 minutes or so, our request was filled.

Furthermore, he asked us if we wanted another beer right before happy hour ended. We hadn't finished our drinks at the time, but he told us he'd put it in the system and fill it once we finished.

    Environment:
Standard sports bar atmosphere. My friend and I were still able to have a solid conversation, despite the music on the speaker system.

Cool ice shelf-thing. I don't know the actual name for it, but a part of the bar is made from ice. It's a nice place to put your beer and keep it cold.

    Bottom Line:
Good place to grab a beer while watching a game. Service during their happy hour was excellent.
