They overcharged my credit card...I would never go back to a place so careless/sketchy.

They do what they're made to do. I'm not a fan of the new input remote as it was the same as 2 AM's and very difficult to use. There's not a whole lot of service needed other than when ordering drinks, so it's not easy to judge this. As long as I get my singing in and the machines are constantly breaking, then I'm all good.

I've came here several times, and generally felt ok about the place.

The rooms are still new in general, but the equipment malfunctions pretty often for some reason (mics, tv).

Most recent visit is actually the worst, where the tv didn't work out 4-5 times and we ended up leaving in 45 minutes.

I think the worst part about this place is actually the staff, as they don't seem to care about your issues (which stuff just don't work time to time) and sometimes just tell you to deal with it.

If there is a better alternative then I'll definitely go to another one, but unfortunately the east side only has one karoke place for now.
