Caveat Emptor, dinner at a night club is never a good idea. My friends and I went on a rainy Thursday night for their $10 lobster special. We were excited after reading good yelp reviews and a friend highly recommending the lobster special. You have the choice of having the lobster grilled or steamed served with salt and pepper with lime or melted butter. Boy were we disappointed. The lobster was puny. Definitely weighing less than a lb. So you get what you pay for. I wouldn't have been as disappointed by the size, but in addition to being a teeny tiny they were not fresh. As soon as I cracked mine open, I told my friend that i think mine was dead before they cooked it. She confirmed that hers was the same way as well. The flesh was powdery and disintegrated in your hands. The meat was tiny and shriveled in the shell. We were debating what were the origin of the lobsters, if they were precooked and frozen or just some dead ones they served up to us because they had a slight ammoniated smell. PLEASE do not make the same mistake that we did and order the lobster. In addition to the lobster we ordered grilled clams topped with scallions and peanuts, seafood fried rice and chicken wings dipped in fish sauce. These dishes were the saving grace of the meal. They were very solid, but not phenomenal. The prices however were astronomical. The portions were very small and each entree was close to $20. We spent a fortune there and left hungry. Save your time and money by going to one of the many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants in the Eden shopping center.

Tacky F.O.B Viet Club. Nothing but a bunch of fobs, old Viet people that need to grow up and stop living in the past, and wanna be gangsters hang out here. Pretty wack, but the food is pretty good ;)

I like to visit V3 on a Wednesday's afternoon for mainly one thing: their  happy hour.

    $10 lobster
    $8 dozen of clams/oysters
    $10 half lb crab legs

In addition to crazily good HH, they have no-entrance-fee poker night. I think 1st prize is $100.

On Saturdays, they usually have Vietnamese singers ... depending on the singers, it may or may not be worth it to pay $25-$35 entrance fee in addition to crazy expensive drinks.

I assume this club used to call as Diamond Club.  The place is horrible and charging excessive.  It is a rip-off place, $45.00 for cover fee because of live music.   The live performance music is mediocre, and some are horrible.   And $9.00 for each drinks regardless domestic or imported beer.  I assume the business owner is taking advantage of Vietnamese clubbers since it is the only club in the community.  Especially, Vietnamese people don't really want to associate with others outside of their community.

Aaaawwww yyyeeeaaahhh!!!  This place is a very hidden and kinda sketchy as well.  Just like I like it.  It's a nightclub that's located in the Eden Center shopping center and if you don't already know where it's located, you're going to have a helluva time trying to find it.  You have to drive in the very back of the shopping center where you would normally never want to drive cuz you think that you might get car jacked, but for some reason they have this nightclub there.

I went on a Friday night and it was Latin night.  I think this nightclub usually has a Vietnamese crowd, but this night was rockin' to some Latin beats and it was pretty fun.

I say it's sketchy cuz when you walk in, you get the full-on body search, which was totally WAY more intrusive than an airport pat down.  Afterwards, when you get in, you see like 3-4 different off duty cops with guns roaming around (although it didn't at all feel dangerous), and finally, you see a bunch of old Vietnamese dudes sitting around the bar who look like they're part of the old Vietnamese mafia who are running the show.  I tried not to look at them for accidentally getting mistaken that I was mad dogging them.

Nonetheless, whatever was happening there, I didn't really care cuz everyone was having a good time. There was a large Latin crowd who didn't blink twice at the few Asians that were there also having fun.  I liked the music, the bartenders were good, and the crowd seemed friendly.  I probably won't go back here very often, but it's a cool place to go if you want some adventure from the usual Clarendon bar scene.
