Every time we visit Myrtle Beach, we make sure that we eat at Villa Mare. Â The atmosphere is lovely and the food is always delicious. Â One of our favorites is the eggplant parmesan. Â It is cooked to perfection! Â The service is always wonderful and the owners and staff are so friendly. Â This moderately priced meal is always worth it. Â They never disappoint!
Review Source:Very friendly staff, totally welcoming and warm. Â The Restaurant is obviously newly decorated and has an charming, enticing ambiance, especially for a strip restaurant.
The complementary vetable-orzo soup was completely delicious, and my Linguine Carbonara was spectacular!!! Rich, zesty, meaty... absolutely First Class!! Â My son loved his pizza and my husband thought his meatball great fun on top of his lasagna, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
$15 for an entire liter of extremely drinkable chianti and the value of this restaurant can't be beat! Â Add to that Owner, Fred, coming round the tables to check up on things and cheerfully chat away and this family-friendly "gourmet" Italian is a find, indeed!
We got lucky.  Kerri was our server.  This girl is sweet, sincere and so efficient!  Plus, she can handle custom orders, people who change their mind after they've ordered and a rambunctious 8 year old boy with  the kind of diplomacy the State Dept should know about!!
We had a lovely Saturday night there! Â Good thing we arrived at 5:45, because by 7 all tables were full and this was only April.
