Vivace Piano Service

We transfered a John Brinsmead upright piano from Europe. For few years various piano tuners tuned it with good results, except when one of the pedals seemed to be broken, we were told fixing the pedal is not worth the value of the piano.

That is when Vivace Piano service person got involved. He arrived promptly with all tools of the trade in a very professional manner. He never saw this type of piano, but with great care and professionalism took all  piano covers off in a matter if 5 minutes arrived at the solution and made the repair. He showed us all the stages of the work, we were surprised as how at least three other piano servicemen refused to even look at the issue claiming this is not worth their time.

In addition he tuned our piano to our full satisfaction, taking no extra charge for the pedal mechanism repair.

I will certainly use this service in the future and greatly   recommend his service .
