The Warehouse

So I just got back from Afghanistan and ran 5 miles this fine evening and basically felt like having an American burger. I've been here before and had a hankering. So I took my friend and ordered an American burger with an egg and slice of pineapple, I also ordered an American beer on draft from Southland and it was oh so good. All the meantime the band was playing my American favorites like Born on the Bayou and songs like that. Basically it was the best American meal I could have asked for, with good service, cold beer, and all the ambiance of being on River street with a beautiful American sunset.
The Warehouse is where it's at if you're an American... Fact.
I'm also glad to be back in America... Fact.
Ice cold beer... Fact.
Good burgers... Fact.

This is a little gem of a find walking River St. Everything is overpriced.  We stopped for a few beers but ended up eating there and it was great. Steamed oyster for $0.50 each but had a couple of buckets for 12 bucks. We had well more than two dozen oysters. The wings kick butt. And yes it was the cheapest beer we found on River St.  $3.50/ draught. This is the place to go to have a few.

Delicious! Had really good wings on happy hour, flavors recommended by our waitress from the multiple options. Beer was indeed cheap and cold. TVs right at the table made for some fun sports conversation. It was a perfect evening stop on River Street.
