The Crypt Pub

How this place is still in business is beyond me.  Gave it two tries and it sucks.  Cheesy decor, bad dance and rap garbage coming from the speakers and lame ass bartenders.  Yeah it really doesn't get much worse.

Although the decor was not quite as creepy as I would have expected for this themed eatery/bar, and it was a little bright inside to fit into the crypt category, that is the only downside we experienced.

The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was very high-end, from the large, square white plates to the local meats and cheeses, very carefully prepared. The four people in our party each thoroughly enjoyed their meals, from the spinach salad to the steak quesadilla to the gourmet grilled cheese (with bacon added for only $1, because everything tastes better with bacon!) However, the prices were anything BUT high end! Everything was VERY reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were perfect.

The service was attentive and answered all of our questions about the food and the restaurant very thoroughly. We were made to feel like friends, not customers. Very nice selection of beverages on tap!

We were there during the time period that straddled the end of the dinner hours and the beginning of the club portion of the show, and we were treated to a little light show and some dance music with our amazing desserts! The fried oreos and grimdrops are not to be missed!

We'll definitely be back - and I plan on bringing more friends next time!

This place is off the hook starting around midnight!! The music is fantastic and makes it impossible to not dance!! The atmosphere is cool with the cryptic theme and the bar tenders are like the summer Savannah temperature...HOT!
