For what it's worth (since I seriously doubt anyone at Meltdown Molly's is actually reading or paying attention to this review), it is now 5 days after the lava cheese incident. My wife has had to go to our doctor for treatment. She has been unable to eat solid food and had been prescribed a mouthwash for use 4 times a day which contains lidocaine (for the pain) and something like malox which forms a coating over the burn. That was how badly she was burned.
The total lack of caring or concern on the part of Molly MacTrainwrecks makes me furious. This place should not be allowed to serve food. I think a visit from the health department would not go amiss, either.
We go here every time we are in Savannah. Â The beer and ale selection is extensive and the wines are very good. Â We always seem to order Shepherds Pie and it is delicious. Â It's been a few months since we were last there and this time the potion was smaller and the roll that used to come with it had turned into a half piece of tasteless toast. Â If the portion had been the same as before and the roll had been there, I would have given the place 5 stars.
Service was OK and the decor is great. Â Check out the scotches at the bar.
