Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburger Restaurant

Ya know, I wasn't even going to review Wendy's.  I think everyone knows what to expect.  But I was vexed, check it!

It's Wendy's ok?  I have a small dog.  She is 7 lbs.  She was in a purse and very quiet.  She doesn't bark much at all.  Why after I stand in line for over 10 minutes did the manager or whoever tell me I can't have the dog in there?  Clearly the only reason he knew she was there is because some other people in line were commenting on how cute and WELL BEHAVED she was.  So I of course politely obliged knowing that I was going to come to yelp to vent this experience.  How very therapeutic this has proven to be.

I spent 4 hours in the morning running errands and didn't really feel like making lunch.  It's amazing, my hub prefers my cooking anything else.  But since we all like Wendy's he was cool with that.  It's a few blocks away. For FAST FOOD it's quality is good compared to Burger King and God awful McDonalds.  So we walk on over to satisfy my greasy craving.  Yes I got my food but the whole dog thing was uncalled for.  I could see if she was a big dog that was on a leash where the dog could go to the bathroom on the floor or something.  But really??  She was in a purse, like confined.  

In addition to this frustration I just also want to say that Cartaret Park really stinks.  It's close to Wendy's so we figured we could just go sit at a bench or something there.  It had swings and a small playground but not one bench.  I'm done.

Food quality is horrible, wait in the drive thru is uncalled for. The buns are hard and stale. I have given this fast food restaurant ample amount of chances and unfortunately every experience was sub-par.
