Tropicana Diner & Restaurant

Nice diner!  Standard stuff, but they have "modernized" some of the menu with some fusion items.  Cheese steak is prepared with american cheeses (that should be illegal!)  Omelets and other sandwiches are very nice.  Salads are big and fun.

I rate this place 4 stars for diner quality, NOT to compare to a 4 star nice restaurant.   This was probably the first time I ordered grilled chicken in a diner and didn't have to pull a chewy piece of cartilage from my mouth.  Service and food were high quality.

The breakfast is really good here. The only complaint is the coffee. It isnt good at all. It is way too sour. It tastes like it has been sitting on the burner for extended periods of time. I have been here multiple times and its like that every time.
