Came here yesterday after picking up my kids from school & their decision to eat here. Ordered from dollar menu cuz kids meals are just an easy way for fast food joints to make money plus my kids didn't mind. We were served by a friendly cashier named Felicia & after taking our order she handed my kids two free "kids meal" toys. I was so shocked for the generosity & she responded by saying no problem that she also has two young children so she could relate. Its this type of kindness that keeps consumers' patronage. Oh yea, they also have newly remodeled restrooms lol. Thanx again Felicia!!
Review Source:Don't go to this Wendy's location unless you have the patience of Job.
I'm dead serious.
Most of the time, the staff consists of newbies, so of course it's going to take them some time to get used to working the register. I'm fine with that. However, they almost ALWAYS get my order wrong.
Also, apparently no one ever checks the soda machine to see if the syrup has expired or if the milk is bad (can't tell you how "nice" it is for your kid to tell you their milk tastes bad, and in fact, the milk IS bad.)
Service is ALWAYS slow, but especially on the weekends. The tables are almost never cleaned off, and I don't even want to discuss the bathroom situation. The last time I went to this location (which was last week), I wound up walking out because my kid and I had been standing in line for over 15 minutes, and still hadn't had our order heard. "Fast" food does not mean spend half your life waiting in line for possibly expired food and incorrect orders.
I've been able to convince my daughter that in order for her to have Wendy's again, it will have to be at other locations from now on.
This place almost ALWAYS screws up my order. How hard is it to hold the freaking mayonnaise? But even when they make it right, it isn't as good as other Wendy's, including the one on Harlem & Madison. Service is SLOW, even when the restaurant isn't exactly busy. I pretty much only go here when I can't figure out what else I might want to eat.
