This white castle has a neglectful, awful, un-attractive staff. Hire new ones.

Systems. huh, Systems??

This is White Castle. Not sure why "Systems" was added,  it now sounds like a secret govt. defense agency.

Ambiance : 5 star This is a newer location.  The decorations are nostalgic with a touch of  architectural digest. The dining area is clean, bright and open, one of the largest that I've ever seen. The restrooms are family friendly with a fold down changing area in the mens room. (how thoughtful) :)

Food : 3 stars. I ordered 4 slider combo pickle onions.  
Just when you thought that every  manufacture could make a product any thinner or smaller, WC systems did. I'm not sure what I saw was an anomaly but my last slider of 4 was very thin and smaller almost like the butt end of a bread loaf?? Grrr. The French fries were toasty and crisp.  Soda was Coke products I had the hi-c fruit punch. So my onion flavored belches would be suppressed since it's a long ride up to Milwaukee.

Service :  5 stars I came in after 1:00 and the dining area was filled 25% and some people ate in the cars like the old days.
Fast accurate and pleasant.

Location: 4 stars just west off I-65  easy to find and to get back on the highway in Merrillville Ind. Just wish there were stores in Fl or Milwaukee.

Value: 3 stars. Convenience quick lunch, good price just stop making the fun mini slider smaller. And I'll be happy.

It's White Castle.  Was in town visiting.  Haven't had one in over a decade.  It will probably be another decade before I have another one.
