Updated review 2/21/13 -
Good:
One of the few good sitdown dining options in Terminals 1 & 2
Fairly imaginative sushi options like the Spanish Dynamite and the Hot Night rolls
Clean and open prep area
Relatively engaging bartenders
Bad:
Lack of consistency both in terms of the quality of the rolling and the presentation
At an airport restaurant, I liked to be asked if I am short for time. I have never heard that here.
Ugly:
My rolls this evening, while tasty, were awful in terms of a tight roll or quality plating. I took a couple of sushi rolling classes as a lark, and I would have earned big frowns if I had put either of these plates in front of my instructor.
I am giving this 3.5 starts because on good nights, I have had some pretty sublime rolls, but something was definitely off tonight. I will try it again next Thursday and adjust my review accordingly.
