As a Muslim women I was offended by management's conduct to me. I went in this place at night wearing the traditional Muslim head scarf called hijab. Â very quickly I was confronted by the owner, Mackenzie Jones Roshko, who asked me to remove the head scarf, which I refused to do and then she told me I had to leave. I asked her for a reason and she said they had a strict dress code after 9pm, and hats or masks or head scarves on either men or women were banned for security reasons. when I tried to explain that it was worn for religious reasons she got arrogant and asked me why I was there because Muslims don't drink alcohol. I tried again to reason with her but she said she did not want to debate or discuss the dress code with me and then she arrogantly said this: Â "and I'm going to give you a second reason why you have to leave---- because I said so." she was snippy and unprofessional and I think prejudiced against Muslims.
