We just ordered delivery from Wings and more and finished eating it. Â Chicken wings all had ends cut off, resulting in jagged fragments of chicken bones in some of our wings. Â I have no idea why they would cut the ends off of all of the chicken wings, maybe they're trying to double them, but the shards of bone are disgusting. Â We tried to eat them but had to stop. Â Never ordering from them again.
Review Source:I was having trouble deciding on whether to give this place 2 stars or 3. Â I decided on 2 stars because of the cleanliness (or lack of!), and the attitude of one of the waitresses. Â The waitress who took our orders was rude, abrupt, and made it clear that she was not happy about having to serve us. Â It was so bad that I actually considered leaving before our food came. Â Fortunately, a different, much nicer waitress served our food and took over from there.
The wings were pretty good, and the rest of the food was just OK. Â Everything was dirty and worn down - from the benches, to the tables and silverware. Â And I agree with the former comment that said "it feels like you're drinking in your neighbor's basement". Â Ick. Â Not going back.
So after my last few visits it seemed this place was picking up steam and making changes for the better. A locally owned business is always welcome in my book. They are more and more becoming the "basement sports bar" feel and less like a place I would want to eat at and more of a place you just want to watch a game and drink $2 drafts. It feels like you're drinking in your neighbors basement if that makes sense. If that's what you are going for than great. Â The wings I ordered were small, very small. I ordered 10 piece hot and the hot wasn't hot but should have been mild... but at least they weren't breaded. The waittress during the day needs to be less obnoxious and less loud. She never left us alone and was constantly at our table to the point where she was giving nicknames to the people I was with. Fine if I were there drinking and watching a game.. not for a quick quiet lunch. Â If you're aiming at nightime business perhaps open your doors at 3pm instead of for lunch?? Â ~
