Wiskey Jakes Roadhouse

Went there about 10 days after it opened, had a great platter of Nachos.  I don't usually like the chili on nachos, but it was perfect and a lot of food for the money.  Then went there 3 weeks later and the nachos looked like a taco salad - very disappointing.  Hope they go back to the nachos they first served when they opened.
