On a Saturday night the restaurant was completely empty. The woman at the counter didn't greet us and barely spoke as we ordered.
The food was just ok. The crap  rangoons weren't terrible but not great. The Mongolian beef lacked heat but still edible.
Probably will look for somewhere else to get Chinese food in Aurora.
Stopped here on my way home from work after reading the few reviews on yelp. Apparently the crab rangoon are "to die for"?! Wrong! They were too small and over tough. Also had the General Tso Chicken combo with fried rice and an egg roll. Â Eating the chicken was like chewing on tree bark. The fried rice smelled and tasted like cigarette smoke. The egg roll was just ok, not horrible but not great. I've had much better. I won't be going here again.
Review Source:I used to live in a heavily Asian section of Los Angeles so I've eaten a lot of Chinese food. Needless to say, I was really happy to discover a Chinese restaurant down the street from my new place. The first time I went in the woman working the front counter was very cold and unfriendly but I still had high hopes for the food. I purchased Hunan Chicken and a side of Crab Rangoon and both were terrible. The Rangoon had a strange taste that I'm not sure how to describe and the leftover portion of the Hunan Chicken eventually found its way into my trash can, which says a lot because I'm not one to waste leftovers. However, I'm a reasonable person and still wanted to give the restaurant another chance before writing them off. I went back on another occasion and purchased the Chicken Lo Mein and Hot & Sour Soup. Â The Lo Mein had so much chicken in it that you couldn't taste anything other than it, and the chicken was dry. The soup wasn't anything to write home about either. On top of that, the restaurant itself doesn't strike me as being very clean (I took my food to go on both occasions) and the staff is exceptionally unfriendly. I've never taken the time to write a review before, but the combination of stunningly bad food and lousy service really made an impression on me. And my wallet. Their prices wouldn't be bad if the food was good, but on both occasions their food quickly found its way to the trash bin. I love Chinese food but I clearly will have to find some place other than Wok Inn to get it at.
