The Mac 'n' Chz with lobster... Wow. Restaurant owner was personable and informative of the Portland area which highly impressed me. My daughter loved hearing about the different variety of colored lobsters. Who knew? Definite return customer next time I am in the harbor.

Oh Andy's. I've been here several times for a quick bite before catching the ferry to the island and have been consistently disappointed. The prices are too high and the portions are too small. The service is absolutely horrendous. Every time I have come here it has taken 40-45 minutes to get simple things like a lobster roll or hamburger that come with about 5 French fries and a lot of bad attitude from the wait staff. My most recent experience was the worst with the food taking close to an hour to arrive and a server who seemed to be terribly inconvenienced by our presence. This place will do much better with an expeditious kitchen and positive staff that caters to island visitors and commuters who are at the mercy of a boat schedule. I'll stick to coming here only to drink in the off season when Shipyard Pumpkin draft is $2.00. Otherwise, there are many other places right on Commercial Street with fair prices, fair portions and better service.

Great lobster bisque. Good local beer selection. I had one of the local blueberry beers. Lobster roll was really disappointing. It was my first meal in ME and was VERY light on the lobster. If I had to order again I guess I'd go with their special that was a lobster and avocado roll and probably much more filling. I had much more filling rolls at other places in ME.. It was a fun location right in old port near the water.. But no water views.
Overall, it was fine, but I'd seek out another place on my next trip.
