I am giving the place a two stars for many reasons. First the staff are professional but they could clean up their language and speak more proper. Hearing slang while they are talking to you is ridiculous. Service was slow even though the place wasn't full. Half of the restaurant was close for some unmentioned reason. The waitress that served us our plate was to lazy to actually walk around to our table to actually give us or plate. You could hear the manager yelling at the staff. Only good the was the food. If you want to try it be my guest but I would not recommend.
Review Source:Went there for their Veterans Day special...a free entree took my daughter-in-law with me. We had an enjoyable lunch, our server was Anjonai she was fast and contiued to check with us through out the meal to see if she could get us anything. It was really busy a lot of vets came for the free meal! The service was good and the food was too!
Review Source:Came here for dinner because other Applebees restaurants I have been to ( in Indiana), have been very good. The server ( DAVID), seemed to be a nice kid, but his service completely sucked. Maybe he is new, I'm not sure, but the place was not full, so i don't know why he took so long with our orders and when we did get them, they were wrong. I asked for a side of fries, and when I got them, I was done with my entree. They didn't even offer a free soda as a way of saying sorry. I noticed him apologizing to other guests too, so it seems like he was really having a bad night. The management here needs to do some serious re-training. I don't think I'll come back to eat.
Review Source:I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I couldn't agree more with the previous poster, this place is a DUMP! I went here with my mother and daughter and I wanted to run out screaming. Our server, Malik was the worst server in life. I had to constantly ask him to repeat himself as he mumbled everything he said. He never once came back to our table to see if we needed anything else (like water, napkins, a straw, anything). My mother and I received our food and when I asked about my daughter's food he had this surprised look on his face like he forgot all about that. 20 minutes later he returns with her food (obviously he put the order in when I reminded him) and mumbled something like the cooks told him that her food had been brought out already. That was complete crap because we sat right next to the kitchen and saw every plate that came out. I complained to the manager and was able to get her meal free, but that's the least they could have done for that crappy service. I will NEVER be back there. The food was just ok. Everyone there seemed to have an attitude about something. Never again will Applebees get my money. Don't waste your time here!

I took some out of town relatives here last night thinking the service should be better than the last time. Boy was I mistaken. Our one server was taking care of practically the entire restaurant. She wasn't personable or apologetic. Took forever to get our drinks, appetizers and meal. This place is such a dump. Don't waste your time, money or energy!!!!! I was so embarassed that i took my family here.
