Arena the

I like divey bars, but this place gives me a bad vibe.  As we walked in, the whole bar gave us the death stare.  Did not feel welcomed.  We ordered drinks and the bartender was very snobby and not friendly.  
I wanted to come here twice so that I can give it another try and a fair review.  
Definatley not coming back again.

Why did the chicken cross the road?  Because there was another bar she hadn't seen.  This place is across the street from the bramble patch in Madison, and if you're keen on bar hopping, this gives you the opportunity to do so.  However, it is essentially a locals bar,  I walked in and  I felt like I was being studied.  Now mind you I am Mexican, in a neighborhood that doesn't really see us spanish speakers too much.   Still, it's a dive, with cheap, major brand beers, old school juke box, and plenty of room to grab a table and hang out with friends,  still, probabally  the 5th best bar in the area (wooster tavern, bramble, dilly, and my basement.)  go there because you haven't been there, don't go there because you have.
