Dirty. Â There was a piece of kitchen trash (a six+ inch piece of string) cooked into my daughter's spring roll appetizer. Â When I brought it (politely) to the manager's attention, I was told that owner Pat Boonsin's policy is NOT to refund money for dinners ruined by foreign objects in people's food. Â I was stuck paying $39 and change for uneaten food. Â I was shocked by the poor customer service. Â We will NEVER go back to Bangkok Bistro (or any other Boonsin-owned restaurant)! Â By the way, how often do people find foreign object in their food for the owner to have a known "policy"?
