Bangkok Bistro

Dirty.  There was a piece of kitchen trash (a six+ inch piece of string) cooked into my daughter's spring roll appetizer.  When I brought it (politely) to the manager's attention, I was told that owner Pat Boonsin's policy is NOT to refund money for dinners ruined by foreign objects in people's food.  I was stuck paying $39 and change for uneaten food.  I was shocked by the poor customer service.  We will NEVER go back to Bangkok Bistro (or any other Boonsin-owned restaurant)!  By the way, how often do people find foreign object in their food for the owner to have a known "policy"?

Pretty good food ,medium speed service , so if your looking for sushi here is a decent to excellent resteraunt

Chicken Pad Thai is so good and i am real Thai fan. Service is always fast and friendly. Parking in behind the restauarnt or on a close side street. The portions we were given were very big, so we have it again for lunch the next day.
