I ate here about a week ago for Sunday brunch. We had no wait to get a table (which was interesting, because another brunch locale in the same shopping complex had people standing outside waiting to get in!). The staff was very friendly. Although it took a little longer than most restaurants to order, etc., they kept us updated on when our drinks & food would arrive. They were pretty busy, too, but seemed to be doing a good job of keeping up with the crowd.
Some people might not like that there was a considerable amount of time between ordering, getting food, and getting the check, but I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and not feeling rushed to eat and get out the door.
Everyone with me really enjoyed their food. I really liked the Creme Brulee French Toast--it was very flavorful and filling, but lighter than I expected! I would definitely recommend coming here.
My wife and I went here for breakfast and had to wait for over an hour for our food. We watched at least six tables get served before we finally got our food. The manager offered to pay for the meal which was nice but after an hour wait and being told time and again "your food will be out in three minutes" I would expect something along the lines of offering a free meal for the next trip. After this shoddy service we will be taking our business elsewhere
