I'm only rating this based on drinks, vibe, and music.
Very friendly staff. Love the neighborhood too.

If you haven't been here, please give it a try. It's very different and unique. The food is above average, although not spectacular.

Been here many times. Recent upgrade to the bar area is very nice. Front rooms are very cool and offer a fun vibe. Not a big fan of the back room. Great drink and food selection. Get the black bean roll ups.

I used to live in the neighborhood and had many great lunches and dinners here - whether it was for drinks or dinner.  I no longer live in the neighborhood, but will still go out of my way to stop in.  You know what I especially love?  That I can get something healthy (think steamed veggies, awesome blacked fish or grilled chicken) or something more in the spirit of New Orleans and a little bit unhealthy.  Stick with the basics, and you have some solid food way above and beyond your typical bar food.

Atmosphere is awesome - eat outside during the summer, at a high top in the bar for casual late night dining, or in the booths in the dining room for lunch.  Huge beer variety, and awesome margaritas.

Finally, it's a great venue for live music.  Come here with your friends...again and again.
