P.F. Chang's China Bistro

This location is usually full of guests, probably because of all the offices and retail around it, not for the food and service. The customer service was OK. Nothing memorable either way. I think our server did all she could because the kitchen couldn't handle the crowd. It is far too small for the number of tables in the joint. The lo mein on the children's menu might as well have been mush. There were no veggies and the chicken was rubber-like. It was overly salty tasting, too. Everything is overpriced. The meat in the main entrees was dry and tasteless. I ordered something that was supposed to be very spicy, and I might as well have been eating cardboard. It was taking so long that we asked for our food to-go. It took even longer. The server said she added an order of fried rice to help soften the blow of the long wait. Gross. She should have been able to take off a cocktail or something, not added to the garbage we were expected to eat. OK, it's a little harsh. But nothing from this restaurant looks or tastes fresh. They need to downsize and commit to serving quality food in a generous and attentive manner. Unfortunately, that's the last time I go there.

Same food and quality as any other PF Changs.
But the service at this location has always been lacking. We go here a few times a year, and something is always made wrong or the food takes forever to come out, or they forget our refills or... something, it's always something.
I always get the won ton soup- LOTS of soup for like $7 or something. Same with the fried rice. I don't think any of their food is can't-miss or can't replicate somewhere else, but it's good food.

This location is always, always, busy, so keep that in mind. Definitely make a reservation before you go.

Protip: They have an app for that- and a lot of times you can get a free lettuce wraps or coupon to use.

There are plenty of negative reviews here,but I have to say my experience was great. Food was very good and our server was just as good. We will be going back for sure. Portions are good size and never ran out of drinks..
